Makes sense.
Spiderman is usually really busy around Halloween :laughing:

Is he like the Santa of Halloween? Stocking people’s trick or treating buckets?

I just meant that a lot of kids dress up as Spiderman for Halloween :woman_shrugging:t4::laughing:

That’s what I figured but I decided it would be best to ask just to make sure. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::rofl:

Looks like end date is November 6. Might want to correct your post in case someone sees it, but doesn’t look at the actual list.

Just in case anyone needs updated closure info for the hurricane

Forgive me, I know the answer is up  somewhere but got tired of scrolling.

What’s the entertainment lineup for October if you’re not doing HHN? Parade? Castle Show? Deatheaters? I know the new drone show is out.

TIA

Parade is at 2pm and Death Eaters have been reported to be seen, some times, after 4pm in Diagon Alley.

No castle show at IOA or other seasonal shows

I confirm parade at 14, and Death Eaters beginning to walk around Diagon Alley from 16:30. They come from Knockturn Alley and make the way to the Square behind (back from Weasley’s)

I am friends with the chaperone for the Death Eaters on Twitter / X. After I read your TR I asked her about them coming out. (Since last year it was an HHN exclusive)
She did confirm that the DE are not guaranteed to be out before HHN starts.

They do it when everyone is on time and ready a bit early. The performers like doing it, so they try to be out there as often as possible.

Well I am happy they came out the day I was there then! They scared me cause I was buying a t-shirt in Borgins and Burkes when they came out and I wasn’t expecting it xD

TBH, the distinction between the tiers they already had was fuzzy anyway, especially as far as Sapphire went. Like… it was firmly a 4* and it had the water taxi so it was clearly a step above Cabana Bay and Aventura, but it wasn’t quite a premier because it didn’t give express or priority restaurant seating. Helios joins it in that weird limbo, and apparently Cabana Bay occupies its own limbo now that it’s been sorted into the same group as the Endless Summers, but without losing any of the amenities that made it prime value (or the higher price tag, I’m sure).

As I’ve said before, I think they’ll take a massive hit in pricing if they drop the included Express from Portofino, Hard Rock, and Royal Pacific. There’s just no way people are going to pay $700/night for a standard room without it. Based on AP rate availability, it seems like they’ve had a hard time filing Sapphire at half that rate.

I was laughing this morning when I realized I have both All Stars Sports and Sapphire Falls booked for 1 night. I paid a total of $85 more for SF. Disney value to Uni Deluxe (AP rate for both).

Yeah… my last 3 trips SF was cheaper than Cabana Bay or Aventura for most of the weekend.
