I just don’t like having to pay all that money to only skip 1 tier one ride. Yes you could snag another but it’s not guaranteed. At least with FPP it was free. No tiers was my favorite part of G+
That may be intentional. I think Disney would likely rather sell fewer G+ at a higher cost than more at a lower cost.
But…my view on all of this has never changed. I wish they would eliminate any and all line-skipping systems. FP, FP+, G+…they can all just disappear. Then I’d be happy.
Any insight into how park hopping will work? And I the survey they mentioned that you couldn’t get a second tier one day of, even if there were any available. Do you know if that’s still the plan?
I’m glad the PH restriction is finally going away! Sadly it will be a few more years before we get to experience the glory of unrestricted park hopping.
Disney is going to have to find that balance, for sure. Thing is, the fewer the guests who actually pay for G+, the more value it brings to those who do!
That’s true, but not if you can’t use it for the biggest headliners (because those will be ILL) and you can only use it on one of three of the remaining headliners per day.
It’s too bad they are going back to the select 3 with tiering and stuff. G+ wasn’t horrible - if they just left G+ as is but allowed the first one to be selected 7 days out rather than day of at 7 AM I think they may have had a winner.
I do like that it’s not 60 days out. I though is a little tight. I would much prefer 30 days for onsite, 7days for off-site.
I need onsite to have more benefits.
