We need another acronym for “To Be Announced” (yes yes, I know it’s Tiana)

Eh… that’s… not awful relative to now. Especially if it’s unlimited.

But I’m sure it won’t be pocket change. :frowning:

I just now remembered the full name is “Tiana’s bayou adventure.” … I was thinking To Be Announced as well thinking “wtf is the point of TBAing the name…we know what it is going to be called” – or at least… somewhat, apparently. :upside_down_face:

I mean while it’s about freaking time they relax this dumb restriction, it’s not until January.

Which means 75% of WDW visitors won’t read the fine print and I feel for the CMs at the parks.

And of course it’s on a day of price increases. Classic disney.

A way to block out AP holders, including those who purchased no block out passes. Didn’t they get sued for that or am I misremembering things?

So true. Of course, in this economy, one expects price increases. Which is why I can’t go to WDW again for a while. I’m trying to talk Gregg into going for our 25th wedding anniversary, but it will cause hardships for sure. Any raises I have received lately are eaten up in rising food prices.

That’s not bad actually. My concern is the Tiering in the other parks though. Any intel?

The lawsuit was here in Ca. The land of sue-happy residents. Lol. But in this case? I think it was valid.

I assume Tier 1 is Tier 2 plus one ride on each of that list? Or do you have to buy Tier 1 on top of Tier 2 to be able to ride them?

Ah, that’s within a park. So the MK will be tiered like other parks were with FP+: pick one from Tier 1 and whatever you want from Tier 2.

From your lips! Well, um, from your keyboard!

I would think this is where the drops could come in (if they don’t change that). And hopefully Disney will hold some LLs back for day of grabbing.

Yes they did in CA.

Agreed. It took me a minute. Still on my first cup of Joe though. :coffee:

Ah. got it now. So just like FP+ but now tiered for MK as well.
That’s actually :ox::poop: , why suddenly decide MK needs tiers? Silly question, all to do with $$$.

I’m not sure I agree. If anything, it seems like this would potentially cause FEWER people to pay for G+, not more.

But…the tiers may make sense if it slows down how quickly those tier 1 rides CURRENTLY become unavailable for G+ because the times go away quickly. It makes sense to me to give everyone using G+ basically ONE guaranteed ride on a tier 1, and then the others you have to decide whether to do Standby or not. This is basically exactly how FP+ worked.

I agree, it is how FP+ worked. But MK never had tiers. And I’m not sure it was a particular problem before, was it? Otherwise they would have introduced tiers there too.

And it’s things like Peter Pan and Jungle Cruise that currently run out quickest, or push back the quickest anyway.
