Hmm. If you open the microwave door, there is usually a label with the wattage listed. At least in every microwave we have owned!
You made me look! Inside my microwave (not on the door) is the manufacturer and model/serial number. I suppose I could look up the wattage but it is not there.
Really? Weird. But, there are a lot of microwave brands out there, so maybe not all do it…but all the ones we’ve owned have!
I’ve never seen it on any of ours either.
It’s probably in that sticker as just the w/h and doesn’t explicitly say This microwave is 1000 watts in plain English.
Also frequently listed as kw. My microwave is 1100 w. Every single set of directions have them broken down as 1000 and then 1200. I think this is spite
