Today’s reason that surprises are bad:

Niece #2, who is 26 and lives in Atlanta, just called. “Guess what! We are just crossing the Florida border and coming to see you for the weekend. Surprise!”

Well, that’s nice. You have a key. Have fun, and we’ll try to make it back for lunch on Monday.

They would be out of the will if one of my family members did that to me. I hate visitors period, but surprise ones? Heck no.

2 hr 14 min into our 90 min drive and we still have 40 miles to go with an est 80 min to Champions Gate.

At this rate, I may have an Oga’s ADR for someone to claim.

At Exit 22 now @ThorKat

Eh, it’s one of the kids. She’s always welcome. And in her defense, we usually never go anywhere.

BUT this is why we tell her to give us a heads up

I’ve been told that whenever you show up for an ADR, as long as same day, you’ll get seated, as available.

Worth a try.
