Hi … Wednesday is Halloween and my kids really really want to do the party on the day even though it will be busiest. We don’t plan on doing anything but catching the shows, trick or treating, parades and fireworks.

Ah, good point! Yes, there will be a party then, but you’ll want to buy your tickets for it as soon as you can. That day will sell out for sure.

The only one I’m not sure about is The Plaza Restraunt for a table service meal … is there somewhere better on MK that I’ve missed ?
Liberty Tree but you’ve already got that.
However I would strongly suggest Harbour House rather than Cosmic Ray’s. It has a really lovely upstairs part that often has seating.

We have enjoyed Skipper Canteen at MK.
Also on day 4 at AK–I would suggest Satu’li Canteen over Restaurantosaurus.
Sorry, did I miss why you are doing Restaurantosaurus instead of Satu’ll Canteen?
Have seen Skipper Canteen come up a few times but just not sure 
It’s more for my 5yr old son than anything else … he loves dinosaurs

Do you eat breakfast? I don’t see any meals until 11:30.
We aren’t big breakfast people … was looking at just having some fruit and pastries in our room and maybe using some snacks on dining plan

We had a great time at Skipper Canteen. The servers are just like the Jungle Cruise skippers so if you like corny “dad jokes”…
(We also asked for the SEA room, which I think is cooler than the “mess hall.”)
I’m curious about Tortuga Tavern for lunch at MK - very limited choices. Did you consciously choose over Pecos Bill’s?
If he loves dinosaurs T-Rex in DS might be a thought.
Tortuga Tavern is not always open from what I’ve been told.
To be honest I based my choices on reviews … that’s why this forum is so invaluable … if you guys think I’ve made a boo boo I’m more than happy to change plans
