I spoke with customer service yesterday regarding dates in mid-September for HEA dessert parties, since the dates turned blue sometime over the weekend. They assured me that even though the dates had turned blue online, no reservations had been opened up yet which is why nothing shows as available. Fingers crossed, but given the fact that people are still waiting for June/July dates, Iām not that optimistic that itāll open any time soon.

I talked to a cast member today, who said basically the same thing: No one has reserved the September dates, so theyāre showing when theyāll have it, but the reservations/tickets arenāt āliveā yet. He also said I could call as much as I wanted to and theyād check.
I spoke with my travel agent who just visited in January, and said tickets were unavailable for the dessert party and that since sheād booked pretty last-minute, she just thought they were sold out. TWO WEEKS before her trip, they opened up and she was able to buy tickets. TWO WEEKS.

Thanks, thatās helpful. I guess it means I need to keep checking every morning, not very practical, but at least thereās hope.
Getting a Disney trip organized can feel like a part time job! Sometimes it feels like Disney makes it hard on purpose, so when you get what you want, you feel tremendously victorious for simply getting a table 
I want to make it clear that I hate everyone who has posted today!
When I logged on I saw there had been a flurry of posts and I thought, āYay! They must finally have uploaded the reservations and everyoneās sharing the good news! At last! The waiting is over!ā
But it isnāt. And I donāt think it will ever be. Theyāre never loading the bookings system. Ever.

I noticed I couldnāt find the HEA dessert parties either. I found if you type in Terraceā¦Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant will come up. Click on that and then you will find the links to the Garden and Seated Viewing. The dates are now showing blue for after May 27th but it still says no times available or some times youāll be able to click on the time and it says no tables available. Hopefully itās available soon. Iām getting ansy 
Despite the fact that itās Easter and there is now no hope of anything changing before Tuesday, I still checked availability this morning.
Interestingly, something had changed. The time had changed from 8pm to 7.45pm.
Still no availability, of course.
Which in a way is nice: I get some time off from obsessively checking.
