Several 1-night studio rentals appeared today across February dates, often around 20% below median if anyone needs a 1-nighter.
Price Drops for you last minute Christmas trippers:
4-night OKW studio starting 12/22 now $204/night or 29% under median.
Originally appeared in September for $352.
Ran a 2nd data refresh after noon - these 4 September Poly studio are kind of crazy…
If you are up for both booking something in September and 256 days out, these are worth looking at.
9/1 5-night $306 or 41% under median
9/1 6-night $317 or 39% under median
9/15 5-night $306 or 41% under median
9/16 5-night $319 or 39% under median
While they are not the lowest prices ever seen for a multi-day Poly studio, they are among them.
Looking at the 14-day window median chart - these rentals are running well under the final medians for the past 2 years: $93 under 2022 (not a full year of data then) and $114 under Sept 2023 final median!
I don’t track data on this site since they have nothing I can grab, but I subscribe to their mailings to keep an eye out. There’s a 2-night Riviera Tower studio 1/22 going for $199/night.
There was a nice batch of rentals around this price for this room this past September, but in comparison to the total number of rentals over time, they are a small percentage. So kind of a personal call whether it is worth waiting for another closer in to the start date, or just grabbing it if you are confident you can use it.
The human, trapped in a complicated plan of its own design, continued unaware of the opportunities and dangers surrounding it. The studio, the missing piece that would elevate these plans to the pinnacle of Hope, has been taken from them.
All subsequent opportunities in their life will pale in comparison.
5-night BLT Studio start 9/2 for $297/night or 33% under median.
That is among the lowest prices for this room recorded when looking at rentals 2-nights or longer. If just looking at 5-night rentals, this be the winner.
There’s a surprisingly vertical line of rentals on the chart for that day - wonder if someone is trying to figure out what price point works best for them?
