Although I didn’t find my last confirmed DVC through you, it was a dream come true coming across a Grand Flo stay for a fraction of rack rate by stalking(and maybe doing some light scraping) of the rental sites. That is 46% under median for this room now.

Start the year right - 2-night DisneyLAND Hotel Preferred Studio starting 1/1/2024 for $285/night.
That’s 43% under median - compared to all rentals for DL studios, so this being a preferred room makes it an even better deal than that.
2-night Riviera Preferred Studio starting 1/17 for $361/night or 20% under median.
(Same thing as above regarding this = Preferred.)
3-night SSR 2BR Villa starting 2/12 for $492/night or 33% under.

Any ideas why the September Polynesian rates are so low?
I’m wondering if there might be monorail outages with the new DVC building construction.

I don’t know of any that have been announced, and truly most of the construction should be done by then.
I’m liking the look of some of these September rentals, though, and hope there are some yummy ones around when I’m ready to bite. It’s too far away yet for me to be comfortable with something so permanent as points rental.

After 18 months of looking at DVC rentals, I can’t say I see much correlation to anything beyond the usual busy / not so busy time periods - but I was surprised at the Sept rental prices coming out too and took a look at last years and this batch doesn’t seem too far off from 2023. I just don’t think I realized how many there were last year(?)
But, was a quick look and I have to take some time and really massage the data and make sure my analysis was correct…

Yes, I get it is New Year’s Eve, but what is the market for a room 2 nights before the holiday? Would locals book this? Seems unlikely?

1-night DL Duo Studio on 1/22 for $180 is 64% under median.

5-night BLT Studio start 9/16 for $297 or 33% under median.
Among the lowest prices for this room even when looking at 2-nights or longer. When just looking at 5-nights or longer this is just about rock bottom.

BTW: I just searched for all BLT studios that have been listed for <$300 in my search engine and see there have been 52. (30 of them were 1-nighters.)
Looking at just the BLT studios that were listed for less than $300 right at the start, the last 2 stayed on the market for 7 days - but all others lasted less than 1 day before they were gone.
I’ll have to look at the other 23 rentals that changed in price to go below $300, but the majority of those started out WAY over that price and were on market for months - I’ll bet that they went away soon after that threshold.

Looking at less than $300 last Sept 2023 there were 8 rentals. If you look at less than $320, it jumps up to 19.
Next Sept just 5 so far less than $320, but still early days!

1-night Grand Flo studio 1/31 for $340, or 35% under median.
Another BLT Studio in Sept: 2-night start 9/12 for $317 or 28% under median.

10 previously posted rentals dropped in price, here’s the goodies in this batch:
2-night BRV 1BR Villa start 1/8, originally listed at $600, now $450 or 39% under the median price ($732.)
2-night Riviera 2BR PREFERRED start 1/8, originally $1,092, now $780, or 37% under median.
That Riviera price is clearly among the lowest recorded, but that is also compared to ALL Riv studios - this being a Preferred makes it even more better. (But still pretty richly priced for me! Whew!)
1-night AK Jambo Studio (Value) on 7/30, originally $207, now $189 or 42% under.
Just about as low as it goes, folks - ESPECIALLY this far out from check in, if you don’t mind the risky risk.
