Treehouses are a low volume room, so median is squishy. But this is at the bottom of November price data for it.
2-night Saratoga Springs Treehouse 11/18 for $705/night or 33% under median
Have been a few lower December BLT listings, but in reality this is close to the bottom and ALMOST ALL lower listings appear right around 11 months out. So, wouldn’t count on (m)any more.
2-night Bay Lake Tower Studio 12/15 for $450/night or 14% under median
Absolutely Superb price for this room - ESPECIALLY for a 5-nighter.
5-night Riviera Resort Studio 11/08 for $399/night or 24% under median
Chances are we will see several more Poly listings around this price over the next few weeks, but really not many.
4-night Polynesian Villas Studio 01/10 for $374/night or 22% under median

Not a “cheap” price by any means, but vs historical pricing for this room in December AND being a Preferred room on NY’s Eve, it is definitely a win.
3-night Disneyland Hotel Studio 12/31 for $552/night or 14% under median
We will almost certainly see a bunch of lower prices for this room in May as time rolls on. But, if you’re looking for a week or longer there might only be 4 or 5 more.
14-night Old Key West Studio 05/01 for $245/night or 9% under median
vs 7-nights or longer:

Near the bottom of November Poly prices, fairly slim chance we’ll see any more appear before then.

Not a very high volume room for November, this is near the lowest price recorded. Typically only see prices this low for SSR 1BR at <40 days from check in.
2-night Saratoga Springs 1 Bedroom 11/29 for $468/night or 27% under median

BIGGISH Price Drop has created a SECOND October OKW 2 Bedroom this low, and now the lowest recorded >=4-nighter for that month.

ALSO a BIGGISH Price Drop for this Aulani room: Among the lowest recorded for the month of December.

Definitely a good price for this room in May, but we will likely see about 30 more listings at this price point over time, many of them lower. If I needed it I wouldn’t wait, though.
3-night Old Key West Studio 05/04 for $230/night or 15% under median

Very good January price for this room… We’ll likely see several more listings at or below this price as time rolls on, but I wouldn’t wait it out if I could use it!
3-night Old Key West Studio 01/11 for $220/night or 15% under median

Twinsies! Pair of very nice price for the Poly in December, even more better for a 6-nighter:
There have only been 3 listings priced lower in this month.
6-night Polynesian Villas Studio 12/10 for $480/night or 20% under median
6-night Polynesian Villas Studio 12/10 for $480/night or 20% under median
When looking at just 6-nights or longer, FAR fewer listings overall and even more fewer listings under $500.
