This listing dropped by 50% from it’s original (IMHO highly overblown) price! Now a very nice deal for the Grand Flo at Thanksgiving.
2-night Grand Floridian Studio 11/24 orig $1,064/night now $504/n or 19% under median
4-night Bay Lake Tower 1 Bedroom 11/15 for $798/night or 18% under median

Interestingly, I noticed that the DVCRentalStore ID number and URL for this one is the same as one of the pair of 3-night SSR 1BRs that had dropped in price a week or so ago.
3-night Saratoga Springs 1 Bedroom 10/30 orig $709/night now $485/n or 30% under median
Wondering if they used the same points to rebook this new listing? I don’t recall seeing them reuse ID and URL before - or recently at least.
Looks like the change happened yesterday between the 12pm and 2pm refreshes.

Interesting catch! I would not at all be surprised by this if they are playing with holding points.

Very good January price for this room. In 2026 had a flurry of listings in this range 50-75 days out so we are in the zone right now. Only a few were lower in price.
3-night Old Key West Studio 01/11 for $220/night or 15% under median
Same chart, just looking at 2026 and 2027 data:

File this new listing in the Unusual But Less Than Optimal folder.
Do not see many 12-night Kidani stays, much less a 2 Bedroom.
Personally, If I were looking to book this room, I’d want to see something in the $600 - $700 range.
(Well, I’d WANT to see it lower than that, but from historical data that is fairly unlikely.)
12-night Animal Kingdom Kidani 2 Bedroom 05/25 for $824/night or 3% OVER median

Boy, While I was driving home David’s dropped this one - but already gone… It is the 2nd one I’ve recorded for this year, so let’s see if the lightning strikes thrice!
3-night Beach Club Villas Studio 12/14 for $384/night or 32% under median
This one is also pretty nice for December this year.
You can see in the charts that in previous years there were some high concentrations of lower December prices, but as of today we’re running WAY behind those years in total OKW listings for that month and ones at this price or lower.
I’d expect to see at least a couple of more/lower listings before December arrives, but fairly sure there won’t be any surprise burst of them.
4-night Old Key West Studio 12/17 for $275/night or 12% under median

Price Drop! Very good price for this room in April. Typically see about 6-10/year of any length in total & a few at this price level.
5-night Boardwalk Villas 1 Bedroom 04/02 orig $858/night now $792/n or 14% under median
Interestingly - a high percentage of April 1BR BW listings are 5-nights or above!

- Stuff face
- Abandon arguing family at dining room table
- OKW check in at 4pm, face plant bed and fall asleep
- Wake up at 3am, unable to find turkey sandwich fixins
At $120, sounds like a jolly holiday to me.
