Ahhh! Just put in for a very nice reservation found through DVCSeer! 2br at Riviera for Thanksgiving! I had been hoping for AKL, but this one felt too good to pass up for something that might never come. Fingers crossed it goes through. Thank you, @JJT !

Very low volume room at any time so median is a little squishy. But, this is easily at low price point for this room in November. Have only seen four 4-nighters this low & three were this year!

This one is an absolute steal now - and fairly unprecedented for any length October stay, forget about 8-nights.

Another amazingly low price for this room. Only a couple of other listings anywhere near this over time. Next nearest 7-night price was over $300/night more.

Anything in November lower than this for a Kidani 1 Bedroom is more of a random than not. This is a win for sure.

Very nice price for December! At this point in time we have seen 41% fewer listings for this room vs 2025 & 61% fewer listings at this price or lower. Grab it if you need it!
6-night Old Key West Studio 12/14 for $257/night or 18% under median
For this room, this far out from check in this is actually fantastic: There have only been 3 other 5-nights near this price point since 2024. If we see more they will most likely appear between 25-50 days out with other scattered over time.

Can’t say I think the market for an 8-night 1BR is large 8 days before check in, but this is a pretty nice price for this room! Only see about 6 at this price each year, maybe 1 is more than 5-nights.

So I need to thank you for this post. I check this thread daily and have been able to snag a few deals here and there thanks to it. This one popped for Disneyland and it got the wheels turning in my head. My niece and I have been taking about going to Disneyland forever. I asked her if she wanted to go and she enthusiastically said yes. But she warned me before snagging the deal….because her cast member discounts at Disney World also work at Disneyland. So while I didn’t book this, thanks to the fire it lit, she and I are finally headed to Disneyland!
