I don’t use the version of the chart that ONLY shows 1-nighters often, but seems most apropos here:
Now I’m going to blow your minds and go from saying “Woohoo $336!” to making that argument that $525 is still an absolute win. 
December is its own animal - you can see that the median is jacked up that month and vs 4-nights or longer this price is a solid 20% under median.
Also, if you look at the pair of Price by Days Out charts you’ll not that from this point in the year (225 days out) each previous year had a few to several >=4-nighters appear as December arrived. But - not enough in my world to want to bet on it happening if I were hoping for a December stay. Especially since most of those later arrivals were pretty much the same price as this one!

Just for fun I’ve changed my DVC script to run daily every hour between 8AM and 8PM instead of just on the even hours. So, should see the database refresh by 2 minutes after each hour now.
Might pick up some more fast moving listings, although the sites don’t really seem to update that quickly, so who knows.

For this room in October, pretty much the low end of the price range ESPECIALLY for a 5-nighter.
We’ve seen rando lower prices, but I wouldn’t count on that happening again at all.

This one is also the bottom of the range for December, and I believe is an even better deal at 5-nights: Last year we saw a SINGLE listing anywhere near this price at about 30 days out. If you want a longer Kidani stay mid-December, now is your time to shine!

Very nice price for an end of summer stay! Over the last 2 years there were a nice group of listings for this room at or below this price, but the number of 5-nighters was much more limited.

Very low volume room - and NOT a cheapo one, but for the limited data this one is at the bottom of the price range.

The Grand Cali never has a huge amount of inventory on dedicated listings and I am always surprised at the prices it apparently goes for.
But, this price vs historical July data is a very nice one!
We might see some shorter listings in the same price range before July, but it is VERY “might”. For a 4-nighter, this is likely it, baby.
