Looking at the Price by Days out chart There was a batch of Kidani studios that all appeared about 125 days out from check in this year. Last year there was a small group of July listings about 50-60 days out.
If looking for a 6-night or longer, I’d say there’s only a small chance we’ll see any more for July at this price or lower. While past ones closer in did get as low as $255/night, I sure wouldn’t bank on it unless I was very flexible and didn’t mind if I missed this one.
In 2024 there were a fairly large number of May listings for this room with a nice bunch around this price point. In 2025 we saw perhaps 16 with a single one near this price. This year looks to be the same, so grab the deal if you like it!
4-night Saratoga Springs 1 Bedroom 05/09 for $354/night or 32% under median
The drops continue for this listing, almost as good as you might hope to see for a long stay!
Limiting the Price by Days Out chart to just 7-nights or longer, I think we can safely guesstimate that we won’t likely be seeing another week long July listing near this price.
7-night Animal Kingdom Kidani Studio 07/12 orig $393/night now $314/n or 14% under median
This BC room is at the bottom of the prices recorded since 2024, so is a DO IT NOW for sure.
This is a surprisingly proactive price drop for an October Beach Club.
3-night Beach Club Villas Studio 10/04 orig $476/night now $408/n or 19% under median
Historically may not be at the lowest price point, but in reality this year has seen far fewer June OKW listings so far and very few listings below this price.
Going by the Price by Days Out chart, I’d say this is likely the last chance to catch an OKW deal for June.
2-night Old Key West Studio 06/14 for $242/night or 12% under median
Lowest price you might see for this room in August - in an almost unheard of 8-night listing.
There was only one other 8-night in 2025 and it was priced at $650/night.
This current price beats all other 5-night or longer listings except for one posted about a month ago for $488/n.
8-night Aulani Studio 08/11 for $500/night or 17% under median
@JJT huge thank you for putting together and sharing this tool! I only recently learned that renting DVC points was even a thing, and your tool (plus the discussion here and in a few other forums) gave me the confidence to pull the trigger on our first DVC points rental. Without it I probably would have thought it was too good to be true or I would have second guessed myself into oblivion.
With all the MNSSHP chatter, I decided to check your tool to see if anything lined up with my kids’ school schedule, and we ended up snagging a 3-night at the Poly for 16% under median (and close to 60% under rack rate). The listing was with a company that isn’t one of the two that are always mentioned, so there’s zero chance I’d have found it with your tool. (I did check and it had an A+ rating from the BBB.) It all lined up perfectly for us and I’m so pumped to surprise my kids with the trip! Thanks for spreading the magic!
That’s awesome! Poly is a great place to get a good deal through resale / rentals very a good value. Poly was one of my first rentals, which I also picked up a few years ago as a dedicated rental (within 7 days of travel!)
When looking at all multi-night July rentals for OKW, you can see in the first chart below that 2024 was a banner year for sub-$250 prices while 2025 had far fewer.
Sadly this year the trend continues - and when just comparing the two Price by Days Out charts for 2- vs 5-nights or longer you can see that trend goes even further. This is only one of three 2026 5-nighters below $250 and I would not expect another beyond a rando popping in last minute.
5-night Old Key West Studio 07/06 for $228/night or 16% under median
This Price Drop is a big win for a rare-ish room in dedicated DVC rentals.
(BTW: This listing first appeared as a 10-nighter at the same price, which was apparently a typo. Later the same day it was changed to the current 6-night at $572 before it began to drop over time.)
6-night Old Key West 1 Bedroom 06/07 orig $572/night now $416/n or 21% under median
