This is NOT a high volume room for October, only 15 multi-night rentals in the database since 2024. But, it is the 2nd lowest price recorded for that month.
Last year a few slightly higher priced listings appeared between 110-165 days out.
One might see significantly lower prices for this room in other times of the year, but for October, this is likely the best we might expect.

When limiting to just 4-nights or longer, many of those 2024 under dots in the Price by Days Out chart under 100 days out go away. There were only a very few listings below median in 2025 and in that chart there are even fewer.

About as low as one might expect to see for this room in May and VERY unlikely to see another appear for this month.

PRICE DROPS
In general, a larger number of Saratoga listings tend to appear closer to check in than most other resorts. This is not the lowest price we’ll likely see for July by far - BUT, most of the lower ones will probably appear after we hit about 25 days out from check in, so you gotta be a gambler to score one of those.
Also, most of those will certainly be shorter than 6-nights. Last year between now and July we saw a grand total of 3 listings at or below this price point. In 2024 there were several.

Let’s go in reverse order.
BAD
Posting a pair of identical 7-night listings 7 days before check in at 4% OVER median. Whut?
I mean, just LOOK at all the lower OKW May prices we’ve seen over time:
GOOD
In reality - if you’re looking for a 7-night OKW rental in May, pickings are slim and this price is pretty good in context. Also, if you just compare these prices to OKW Studios 7-nights are longer, they are actually 12% under median for that subset.
You’d have to think the market for a full week at almost the last minute is of smallish size, so I am often surprised at pricing like this. However, Disney’s cash price for this room in May is $585/night before tax.

This Saratoga listing is a very nice price. Looking at the Price by Days Out chart, seems like there is very little chance we’ll see another June price for a long stay like this one.

WHAT IS THIS 1% UNDER MEDIAN LISTING DOING HERE?
While we do see Sept Poly prices lower than this - most most of them tend to have shown up already by this point in the year.
In 2025 there were several, in 2024 there were actually fewer.
More importantly, when you limit the comparison to 4-nights or longer, the number of listings showing drop by about 40% and we’re left with far fewer below medians. In fact, this year wer perhaps half a dozen or so below this price up to now - and really, I only expect to see randos that might be lower. Guess we’ll find out!
TL;DR: It is a grabber.

Interestingly, I am seeing on a social page for DVC members that some members booked at Jambo as soon as a week from now are being advised that the room they have reserved is not available on the date of the reservation because of construction. They are being offered alternative accommodation

There have been THREE May listings in total for this room type this year.
If we saw another at any price I’d be amaze amaze amaze, much less at 12 days out.

Based on previous years May data - I would not expect ANY more OKW May studios to appear at all, much less a long stay at well under median.
