I have a prospective trip booked in Aug/Sept for the 30 year anniversary of our first Disney trip together at WL. Was watching a CC studio that was a nice price and lined up perfectly with my cheapo flights, but since we’re in indecision mode about the trip it is gone now. Darn!
I think I might be making an executive decision next time one pops up.

5-night Poly Studio 08/31 for $411/night or 16% under median
TL;DR: I am going to call this price as 99.5% win and very worthy of booking.
Analysis
When comparing to 2-nights or longer in August, last year we saw several listings over the summer in this price neighborhood, but if you filter down to just 5-nights or longer that number drops to a single slightly more expensive rental.
In 2024 about half a dozen comparable 5-night listings appeared at around 50 days out, and a larger group of shorter listings.
It doesn’t look like we are going to return to 2024 levels, so I’d consider last year’s data a more likely indicator.
Because this starts rightbefore* Sept, I also generated a Poly Days Out chart for that month. In that one you can see that $411 is slightly above median for that month, and we saw several lower listings show up as check in date approached - but the few 5-nighters were near 100 and 25 days out.

FWIW: These are all “Near Hospitality House” listings.
Also, they are really much better than just 8% under median when comparing apples to apples and filtering to longer stays. They are really like 14% under comparing to 5-nights or longer, 26% vs >=7-nights.
Looking at the Price by Days Out charts - we have almost certainly seen most, if not all lower priced May OKW studios by now, so if you need one, this might be your last chance!

I know you’ve previously mentioned using cpanel in this thread, is your hosting provider namecheap? Since I just installed a plain vanilla WP install, I haven’t gotten around to kicking in SSL properly yet but I do need to get that done. (Edit: Looking now actually, apparently I did install a proper basic SSL cert. Guess I was just in autopilot mode when I did it at install.)
I use Rochen Hosting, but maybe they were being proactive on the CP vuln. I’ve used Rochen for many years now and they are pretty solid, but the last several years they’ve let their user forums die and rarely post proactive server info which annoys the heck out of me.
For something like yesterday I’ll try to figure out what is happening, end up starting a ticket and they’ll just respond with “Oh yeah, we had to restart that shared server for maintenance”. If they had just posted something in their forum, I wouldn’t have wasted 30 minutes on trying to figure out what was going on.

Ah, yes, that kind of stuff can happen with shared servers. I choose to believe that DVCSeer was being served to every other site hosted on that machine and you got a very confused, but sharp spike in traffic

I do, too! I love how they configure their servers and they are totally responsive when I have problems.

In December, this is a solid price point for any listing - and even more solid-er for a 5-nighter.
TL;DR: If you want a long stay in December, I’d grab this and not expect to get listing lucky with a lower price in the future. Could happen, might not.
If you look at the 2nd Price by Days out chart below which compares data for just 5-nights or longer, you can see that last year (blue dots = 2025) a vast majority of the prices at or below this one happened right at 11 months.
These two listings are about 229 days out now and you can see in that same last chart there was a little flurry of longer listings in the time about 2 weeks from now, then a few much lower randos spaced out as we neared December.
2024 listings for this room in December (green dots) were appearing plentifully throughout the year, but most were for much shorter listings.

Totally agree, they respond well.
I just don’t get why back in 2021 or so they decided customer forums weren’t worth using - or have anywhere they post general support and maintenance updates. Is odd.
