Of course, this year has been a shift to longer listings, so who knows?

Not a “cheap” price, but for the month of April, this is a winner - ESPECIALLY when comparing to 6-nights or longer when it is more like 20% under median!

Shout out to David’s Rental for deciding to come up with 2 entirely new room type names and temporarily forgetting that spaces exist half way through the 70+ character smashups.
Kind of amazing I’m still catching new ones 4 years into this project.
2nd shout out to David’s today: Everyone else seems to be taking a break this morning: No new listings in the 8AM refresh, only David’s at 10AM.
This pair of identical listings might not be the best ever prices for this room, and being right on the cusp of historically lower priced Sept rooms might need to compare them to that month’s data as well.
Either way: Sure, we’ll see some closer-to-$300 prices as the end of August and Sept near, but if I were looking to go at that time, I’d consider them a pretty nice deal and worth a think.

While this first one is “only” 17% under median, for BC that is pretty much the lowball June price when looking for all length listings except for a very few randos each year.

Looks like the DVC-Rental.com dedicated listing database is down, so I disabled updates for them in my script for now so it doesn’t blow things up while I am out running errands. Will check it out later today when back.
