BR 1BR are a pretty rare room to see any month, only 22 recorded in May since 2024.
Weirdly, in the same day they dropped the price on this first one, they posted an identical new one! See bottom
1-night BR 1 Bedroom 05/13 orig $810/night now $630/n or 7% under median
This is not the lowest price recorded for this room, but in reality we’ve very likely seen most, if not all of the lower priced BLT listings appear for May already, so I’d give this a solid rating.
2-night BLT Studio 05/15 orig $510/night now $410/n or 3% under median
While there have been lower prices for this room in July, IMHO if I wanted to stay at CC I’d jump a price in this range.
Looking at the Price by Days Out July chart, in the past we’ve only seen about* 4 lower prices after this point in the year - and that chart is including 2-nighters. If you limit to 3-nights or longer, 2 of those listings drop off!
*With all of this data, why does this dude often say amounts like “about 4” instead of the exact number? Each dot in that chart represents at least one past listing - but if there were multiple identical listings, some of those dots might represent 2 or more. Could I dig out the exact number with some more filtering, etc? Sure, but in general the number won’t change drastically; “about 4 listings” is a small number and “exactly 7” isn’t really different in context.
Just wanted to throw that out there in case anyone was wondering.
NOT a high volume “room”, especially in August: 24 total listings, only 4 were 6-nights were longer.
The single 6-night priced lower than this appeared a few days before check in last year, this one is 105 days out so nice planning time.
6-night FW Cabin 08/03 for $448/night or 8% under median
That’s a great price! We stayed for $452/night in Feb 2024 before they switched them over to DVC. I’m always keeping an eye out for Cabin deals. We really enjoyed our stay there. Though we would probably avoid such a long stay in August… it feels extra swampy there already.
DVCShop dedicated rental page down, so I have that site disabled for now so that it doesn’t bork my automated scripts today… will check and turn it back on later when they have it rolling again.
All of the sites have been low to no new listings in the early refreshes lately, sometimes until noon!
And another price drop on this one… now the lowest May price for this room by far.
Only a few listings recorded at any time were below this and only 2 of those were longer than 4 days.
Again, a tough sell finding a mostly last minute renter for a 2 week trip so good luck to them!
14-night AK Kidani 2 Bedroom 05/02 orig $756/night now $493/n or 39% under median
While we have seen a fair number of lower prices in June for this room, last year the number thinned out when compared to 2024.
When looking at the price by days out for 3-nights or longer, looks like we might expect to see a rando lower price or two, but more likely a couple of more around this same price point.
3-night GF Studio 06/22 for $468/night or 4% under median
We have been in the unique situation where there are TWO 14-NIGHT Kidani 2BR Villas dropping in price with the same start date. One is resort view, the other Savannah.
Both dropped again today and the resort view is now phenomenomenal.
14-night AK Kidani 2 Bedroom 05/02 orig $756/night now $394/n or 51% under median
At the same time, while the Savannah view, still just over $700 is also a pretty great price.

This is a terrific price point for OKW at end of summer into Sept. If you limit comparison to past rentals >=6-nights it is really more like 40% under median and all of the same or lower priced listings all appeared much closer to check in date.
6-night OKW Studio 08/30 for $217/night or 18% under median
I would grab it just for the resort aspect but airfare across the county will sink the lodging savings!
