Just not many past recorded listings for this room in June, so using the vs All Dates chart: We’ve seen lower prices for this room, but not in June or July.
7-night AK Kidani 1 Bedroom 04/11 for $606/night or 27% under
Another instance of few data points for this room in April, so using the All Dates chart - there are plenty of other times of the year where this room can be a lot lower, but in April this is very good!
If you are looking for something at Kidani even 4-nights or longer in November, then could VERY LIKELY be the lowest price point you will see from now until then.
For 7-nights or longer in dedicated listings, near zero chance. If I were looking for a long stay there in Nov, I’d jump on this one.
They’ve had fewer than a dozen rentals since December, so I’m not surprised. I don’t even remember the last time they broke 2 dozen active listings. Maybe they’ve just been slowly winding down that part of the business.
Not a huge per night reduction after sitting on the market for NINE months, but is a really good price and there are very few May Kidani studios at this price point that are >=4-nights.

Oddly enough, there are VERY few data points for OKW 1BR villas in June - only 15 from 2024 to now!
If the charts below with that data are a good indication, we will NOT be seeing any more listings for it between now and June - much less for SIX nights!
6-night OKW 1 Bedroom 06/02 orig $520/night now $468/n or 12% under median
If you are good with locking in a DVC rental 11 months out, this is actually the best one might see for a Hotel/Inn room at Aulani - 13% under median is just about the low end of the standard deviation for this room.
5-night Aulani Hotel/Inn 03/02 for $374/night or 13% under median
The two good OKW and BR listings that appeared last night had their prices jacked up by $60-$70 by this morning. Another DVCShop experience, they love to do that.
Looking at the All Dates comparison chart: Except for a batch last January and generally rando lower listings, this one is a relatively terrific vs almost any date in the year and any length of stay.
Ratcheting this chart down to 6-nights or longer, this price is 100% win for that room, ESPECIALLY in May.
