This new Price Drop showing up in my “below median” check surprised me a little, but after all of this time it probably shouldn’t have!
When I saw the combination of well over $500/night and 20% below median my brain said 
2-night Poly Studio 04/10 orig $560/night now $532/n or 20% under median
Of course, we all innately know that Spring break and the end of year holidays juice up prices overall. I guess since I switched to using the monthly median instead of the overall (“all year”) median, I just haven’t seen too many under median prices be that high.
For the record, here is how the Poly Studio medians look over 2023-2026. (That orange dotted 2026 line will very likely calm down to be near to the rest of the lines over time, early listings for the year tend to be the higher ones and then it even out as new ones appear.)
For a little clearer view, here’s just the month of April median for this room type over those years. Looks like we had a pretty good run for a time in April 2024!

Thanks for the heads up - it is loading normally for me right now.
I have not seen that error before, but wondering if the shared Dropbox file wasn’t getting picked up properly for a moment when you loaded the page - try refreshing?

I have refreshed and all is well. Sometimes if I happen to land on the page when you’re doing a refresh I will get an error…though I don’t think is this one.

Just as an FYI for all, mostly nerdy info:
The new system doesn’t do refreshes like the old Caspio site did - with that one I had to manually select and upload a file and then their software deleted ALL the current records and uploaded the new ones. Ugh. But for a free service, I couldn’t complain. 
This new one just looks for an updated file, then does a pull when you load the page. That, I believe causes the annoyingly longish initial load time.
I’ve tested a different way to get the data loaded up front and it really speeds the page load up immensely - but to get that to work automagically I need to write some scripts to import the data into the MySQL table directly. And I have had near zero time to get that done and tested. One of these days.

In reality: The vast majority of GF studios in December at this price point show up NOW, especially ones longer than 1 or 2 nights.

This one is “only” 11% under median for the month of March, but in that time period lower priced deals are much more rarer.
5-night SSR Studio 03/01 for $300/night or 11% under median
Saratoga is a unique resort in that the majority of DVC rentals appear weighted closer to start date rather than throughout the 11 month window as you can see in the Price by Days out from 1st Appearance charts below.
You can also see that while there may be lower priced listings appear in the next few weeks, it won’t be many - and certainly VERY unlikely we will see another longer one like this 5-nighter except for a rando.

4-night BLT Studio 12/13 for $416/night or 20% under median
Funnily enough, the largest number of BLT listings in December at this lower price point appear RIGHT NOW at 11 months out - with a much smaller group showing up over the next 60 days or so, then mostly quiet until under 100 days out when a trickle of them might start back up.

Some more December examples where “only” 13% are actually very good deals for the time frame, even if they are not the deepest discount.
