That price is lowest recorded multi-night for January from 2023 to now. Have only been a couple of lower 1-nighters.

Close to 58% off rack rate and right through MLK weekend is incredible.
I heard from about 4 people who attempted to book it within minutes of my posting it to socials, so now it is just a waiting game to see who was quickest on the draw!

When looking at all dates, this is a very rare price for this room in general, forget about longer stays. All except a small handful of the dots at or below the green line below are <4 nights.
UPDATE: THIS WAS A MISTAKE LISTING. They changed the start date after the initial post and made it a 3-night instead of a 6-night for the same price. So: a very meh price now.

This is an AMAZING price for any number of days on any date, forget about a 6-nighter in APRIL.
MISTAKE: 6-night Poly Studio 04/01 for $317/night or 52% under median
CORRECT: 3-night Poly Studio 04/04 for $633/night or 4% under median
I mean, I would’ve skipped work for that deal. Would’ve gotten fired for missing Opening Day, but I think it would’ve been worth it. Probably best that it was a typo.
Very few historical June listings at this price point for this room.
2-night OKW Studio 06/02 for $210/night or 24% under median
Funny story, one time I came across someone who paid for a 7 night stay at OKW in early-mid June who could no longer go. They had already paid for it so they were trying to recover any amount they could so I threw out a lowball number of $500 total and they accepted it.
On top of that, my airfare through Frontier was only about $100 round trip out of my local airport.
And on top of that, I had purchased $500 worth of Disney gift cards on sale for 10% off and they accidentally sent me two sets of them.
All of my good luck is used up until 2040, but it was a heck of a trip.
Oh my gosh, that’s awesome. 
Hard to pick what part of that is the craziest!
This one had a large price drop a few days back but I don’t think I highlighted it…
3-night Riviera 1 Bedroom 01/26 orig $861/night now $533/n or 32% under median
I need this one to start just two days earlier. I know that’s not how this works, I’m just lamenting.
Could always book something else for those 2 additional days.
6-night AK Jambo Studio 12/07 for $355/night or 15% under median
This one is interesting: if you look at all December Jambo studios, you see there are a fair amount of them around this price point, and maybe even a more concentrated number coming up for 2026 already.
But, if you want 6-nights, there are obviously far, far fewer of them in the mid $300s.
…and in reality, if you want a longer, well below-median December Jambo deal, now is the time. Now is the best time.
Even if you look at 2-nights or longer, now is still the time, mostly.
Unfortunatley I have to depart on the 27th, so no flexibility on that end of it. I need the whole reservation to shift.

While there is a chance one might see a Feb listing for this room lower, highly unlikely. If you look for 3-nights or longer instead of the 2+ in the chart below, all dots but one in short time frame go away.
We really don’t see many of this room type in listings, especially in April - so the median comparison should be considered very squishy. But, as far as that goes, 24% under median seems good. (The cash price for this room in April with the current 25% off deal is $1,354 BEFORE tax.)
