Looking at the price by days from check in scatter chart for this room in September, you might see a few 5-night or longer rentals for this room below median, but since 2023 there have only been 6 appear in <159 days from check in - and only one was lower in price.
Before @Jennifer_B_568600 mentioned this to me, I’d never opened this thread before. Now I am checking with each new post. I would never do the whole point thing -it’s too confusing. But I am now checking in case something fun and spectacular comes up for my trips later this year.
We are only 21 days out from check in on that Kidani 1BR, but it first appeared back at about 140 days out, so shows up further back in this May chart. Fairly unlikely to see another deal priced anywhere near this (you can see there was one that showed up the day before check in.)
I got a room rented with points for BLT in Feb 2026 for Princess Half Marathon Weekend. I paid $4640 for a 1BR for 6 nights. Disney wants $8083.15 for the exact same room!
