Probably right, there. There was another one of these rooms starting a week later that is within $110 of the total - but was 6 nights at $485/n.
Funny thing with this one though: It has been on the market for 68 days AND changed in price once at some point more than a week ago. So, you’d think they’ve have noticed when they were changing it.

Looking at the Price by Dates Out chart filtered for September: this rental is more like 10% under that month’s specific median - while I’d expect to see some lower priced rentals as we get closer to check in date, I wouldn’t bet on scoring a better deal.
If I really needed a room and wasn’t into rolling the dice I’d pick it up. We’re talking less than a dozen rentals appearing after this date looking at 2023 to date.
