I will start off here…

Sam’s Club is offering a Doorbuster Black Friday promotion, same as last year. November 7-9, only. $200 Disney eGift Card for $180, limit 4. Plus members get early access on November 6.

ETA: Sorry, I just noticed in the fine print that this eGift Card promotion is excluded from Plus early access to Doorbusters.

That’s a nice 10%! We aren’t Sam’s Club members, so really not worth it for us…but if you are, that’s a great deal!

I wonder if the limit 4 could be worked around by ordering them on Nov. 7, then on Nov. 8, and finally on Nov. 9, to buy 12 instead of just 4.

Or 2 people each buy 4

We are not Sam’s Club members, but I’m wondering if other warehouses will match.

(There are sometimes credit card deals that stack for warehouses, but I do not track them currently.)

I’ll point back to my post in the CC thread for the current Amex cash back offers:
Home Depot and Best Buy 10% cash back up to $25.

Both stores sell gift cards and trigger the credit.

Home Depot’s terms on this offer are you can buy smaller increments and get the 10% back each time up to the max.

The Best Buy offers (for me at least) you have to buy $250 or more in one swell foop for the 10% to kick in.

I had the offer on multiple cards, I used the Cardpointers app (costs $, but worth it) to add it to all of them. Don’t forget you need to add offers to your cards before making the purchase!

I have Platinum Amex card at the moment, but I have never once seen the offers you seem to get! The universe HATES me! (Either that, or my version of Amex doesn’t count. One of those.)

Well, that stinks.

I do know that sometimes they use places you’ve shopped to target these - so if you’ve never used your Plat at Home Depot or something like it, you might not get that offer.

(And, in general, Plat is a terrible points earning card so I wouldn’t tend to use it there.)

But, it is all Amex algorithm voodoo magic, so can’t even count on past use to make them pop anyway.

Anecdotally, I feel like once I got my first Amex Blue Business Plus that I started getting more of these big cash back box store kind of offers on all of my cards.

I just found this on our Sam’s Club Brochure which becomes active Oct. 29 2025 to Nov. something. It shows $190 for a $200 email gift card but in the new brochure it says $180. I could not copy that from on-line because it does not start until Oct. 29th. I have never used a on-line E-gift card before but for a $20 savings on a $200 E-card you can bet I will check this out. Limit 4

I should mention that after seeing very few useful Target circle bonuses for awhile, they dropped several interesting ones on my account this month.

One of them was as simple as earning $10 by creating a wishlist on my account and adding 10 items to it!

These 2 look easy to hit - although I am not a fan of using same day delivery; tips eat up savings if you weren’t planning to use that service already.

Also, the terms on this one don’t have any limitations on buying gift cards as far as I can tell.

Be aware that the $180 is a Doorbuster and is only good for Nov 7-9. After that, it goes back up to $190!

From my experience they limit you to 4 ecards per account and you can’t buy more for a period after you buy the 4. So don’t buy any early at the $190 price or you will be locked out of the sale. Now, the last time they had this deal in May they let me do two orders back to back (but not a third) and the cards processed just fine. I have also heard of people buying 3 and then 1 repeatedly and it not triggering the limit. But I wouldn’t count on any of those things to work and just plan on being allowed to get 4. My parents and my aunt also have Sam’s memberships and they helped me get a bunch last November during this promo.

Sam’s often has a one day trial available online (and you can use it to get the gift card deal) or you can get a 1 year membership for $15 this time of the year. I think this is the link https://www.samsclub.com/join/club?couponId=M8G58 (I still have 1 day left on my membership from last year so it won’t let me see the deal right now)

This deal also sells out pretty quick. Usually the first day, but not as quick as the Best Buy deals I have seen.

Looking at the ad, it doesn’t say that. The new brochure (Shown below) is what I am going by. Took a digital picture of book cover and ad.

Were you able to get back-to-back memberships with this promotion? The first time I bought a membership, I took advantage of a deal like that. Then I let my membership expire. When I tried to use the promotion again the next year, I am pretty sure that since I had a membership within the past 24 mos or so, I could not take advantage of the promotion? For that reason, I just renewed this year. :slightly_frowning_face:

Poohfanclub: My Mistake! Your right and until I posted a reply I didn’t see the gold seal on the front page. Indeed, the sale is only good for 7-9.

No worries! I was confused by the brochure at first too! Page 46 says $190, but the Doorbuster Page (3) says $180.

Also, I made a slight edit to my original post. I did not originally see in the fine print that this eGift Card promotion is excluded from Plus member early access on Nov 6.

FYI, here is an excerpt from the Terms and Conditions of that $15 Membership offer:

“Offer is not valid for membership renewals, current members, those who were Sam’s Club members within the past six (6) months…”

Has anyone here used the E-mail delivery gift cards in the past I take it they add to some type of account on-line. So do you carry your smart phone and go to an account to pay at place of purchase. Do they scan your account for payment and deduct the amount of purchase leaving a rolling balance. Never used this type of payment before. Have always used Physical gift cards in the past. Thanks.
