Today, I have a similar effective offer for Home Depot - which also handily sells gift cards. 
It appeared on 4 of my cards: 10% statement credit cash back with a max of $25.
I forgot to capture the offer on my Amex account when I added it and now the Amex site is being glitchy when I try to pull up offers.
