I always take the digital gift card and transfer it to a “real” gift card on the Disney gift card site. We always have a bunch of old used up cards that we keep. We also bring at least one used up card with us just in case we lose the card with our funds in it. Then you can go to the Disney gift card site and quick transfer the funds off the lost card. (Keep the numbers stored in the website or your notes app - whichever you feel is more secure)

You can also print the ecards. Some ecards can also be added to a mobile wallet.

I haven’t tried to do back to back membership discounts before. This is the first year where I knew more than a year in advance that we were going to WDW. I guess if I can’t renew with a discount maybe I’ll see if it lets my husband sign up as a new account.

Thanks so much for the reply. We would have had a lot of empty cards but not knowing what to do with them we simply left them with the restaurant we used them at. Now I wish we had kept them. On the other hand, I guess we can purchase some physical gift cards and after use reload them from the e-mail gift cards account. either way they apparently are not hard to use in either capacity.

You don’t even have to wait until they are used up. You can load a card up to $1000.

I have a few hundred in online gift cards. I’m going to go to a local store and get a $25 gift card and transfer my e gift card balance to that card.

I find it fun to buy a gift card off the Disney site - you can choose a card that you like best, and then add everything to that one.

I don’t like the paper cards they seem to be selling because I have had a hard time with the numbers peeling off, so I like having a nice one as a starter card. I also eally prefer having online gift cards delivered by email. No getting lost in the mail or getting a bad card.

Does anyone know if you can use the complimentary household membership to order a second set of 4 cards for the upcoming Sam’s promo? The number is the same, so I’m assuming no. However purchases made on one online account don’t show up on the other, so maybe?

I think that is not a second member account, it’s just a second card on the same account. The ad says max 4 per membership - meaning account, not ID card.

Will this offer be available for the time stated or will they run out quickly. I ask this because Sam’s club has a regular offer $200 for $190 but when I looked to see if I could get it, there was no buy option to add it to your cart. This is not the 7th to the 9th offer of Emailed Disney gift cards (4) $200 for $180.

From my experience with this discount it does sell out before the end of the sales dates but not super fast.

Hi, brand new here. Just wanted to let you know this deal is live NOW for Plus members. I didn’t expect it to work because it said excluded from early access, but it did work! I just bought 4 for $180 each.

I’ve done this before, so I don’t know why this is happening. I am trying to add my Sams Club digital gift cards to my Disney Gift Card account, and I keep getting an error message. Is this happening to anyone else? I received the digital gift cards via email, and I entered the account number and the EAN to the gift card account, but it keeps giving me this error? Maybe there is a lag time…
