every few weeks i say yes to “do you want to chat” on the disney website and ask the CM when things are opening…they never have an answer but i just keep hoping one of them has the inside scoop and will share!!! Someone certainly knows when things are opening just let us plan for pete’s sake!!! Typhoon Lagoon should be an easy one…it’s summer in Florida!

Have they resumed package delivery to your resort?
Browsing AKL this morning and I see it listed as an amenity without any “temporarily unavailable” tag on it.

Yeah, I just checked Amenities at POP and it has a whole long thing about Merch Pickup from the parks at the Everything POP store and doesn’t say “Temporarily unavailable”. Hmm…

EDIT: The general Guest Services section on MDE still shows the package pickup at the front of the park and delivery to hotels as unavailable.
