Florida Towncar is $115 roundtrip. It is cash only and $10 for a stop.
It might be only for 4 although they do have a van.

How early do you need to book with them? We are 25 days out, and I haven’t decided yet! I’m now leaning towards Gear Fusion if I can still get them.

I’d go ahead now, especially if you can cancel with no penalty (I don’t remember). The only reason I waited was because I checked pricing, life got in the way/I forgot, then I remembered about a week or so out.

Yes they said they “There is a 100% refund if you cancel. Things happen.”
I know payment is not due until 24 hrs ahead of time so I would assume as long as you cancel prior to that, you will not have to pay.

Here’s the info on where they will meet you:
We meet you at baggage claim with a sign and your name on it. We collect your luggage together and then head to the VIP private car section on Level 1. We load you and your luggage and we then head to the resort.

What’s everyones favorite affordable option for transport from Disney to Universal or Universal to Disney? There are 3 of us and we will need a car seat for our 4 year old.

I just used Away We Go for a similar situation with a party of 8. But it sounds like lots of people have had good experiences with Gear Fusion recently as well. Lots of good options though.

We didn’t use it, but Gear Fusion does have a WDW-USO route also.

I booked Gear Fusion for my Dec trip, do they send me a payment request closer to my trip or do I pay on scene?

Good question! When I signed up, I had an option to pay but wanted to ask a few questions first. So I emailed them but now I don’t see a way to send payment?

@lochneffmonster and @Sunshiney_Disney_Momma, we booked Gear Fusion for July. We sent payment ahead of time. My husband did that part, so I’ll check with him and post again. I think maybe it was Paypal, but there were other payment options too.

PayPal? As someone that has not used PayPal since their data breach, do you prefer paying PayPal prior to service to cash at the time of service, and why? I am trying to understand all the options. I assumed all the other car services accepted credit cards.

It was PayPal. We normally don’t use it very much. I set most of it up and remember there were a few options. I’ll see if I can find out what they were. I honestly don’t remember. My husband does the finance stuff and our points etc… so I handed him the laptop and told him to pay however he wanted.

Ok so update on Gear Fusion, I asked for them to send me a link to pay and I was able to just pay via credit card.
