I think we might have been assigned the worst room at all star sports. Building 9 home run.

You may be closer to ASMusic main building and bus stop. Might be at least a base run

Also, I forgot to mention that by the time I decided to just get the scooter, they were unavailable for our dates 
So that long of a walk to the buses will not be great for her. Maybe I’ll just uber.

I looked, but the problem is our arrival time for the other companies that make you meet them. We will get in too late tonight. And I’m dragging her butt to rope drop guardians tomorrow

Glad you are on your way! I hope you feel better soon. As for the room, more times than not when I get the room ready text I call the number listed on it and ask for a different location/floor/whatever as I am super picky about rooms. As long as you haven’t been in the room they are happy to move you. They will take your info and have someone call you back. I have done this so many times from so many airports on layovers.
Just explain that you were hoping for a different area. Although, Sports is the smallest of the All Stars and generally all the buildings are a reasonable distance from the front. I’ve stayed there several times in the last year and it’s my new favorite value (after too many skyliner issues at Pop).

Oh, I’m glad it’s at least an option. I really don’t want the first floor. Like not at all!! Maybe I will politely try. Should I wait until we get there?

No. If you have a room ready text call now. Then there are a lot more options, if you wait they might not be able to move you. They have always moved me, and seemed happy to do it.
