I know this is Hollywood but I have enjoyed seeing all the videos of the Fast & Furious coaster in technical rehearsals out west! I assume the one in Florida will be similar if not a direct clone (the mountain out there makes it so they had a very specific path to work with, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the layout is vastly different, at a minimum). Can’t wait to try it on both coasts.

I’ve been tracking it for the last couple of years! I’m so excited. It was supposed to already be open, but pieces of the vehicles on multiple trains flew off during testing.

USH is going to be pushing the limits of “opening SUMMER 2026” at this rate!!:rofl::shark:

That sounds ominous.

I wonder if this was caused by the ride being too fast or too furious?

They were just testing F8.

The cars had decorative “spoilers” on the trunks. On multiple trains these flew off. One of them crashed on the glass covering of the Starway escalators. It shattered the glass.

Another flew off into the grass. This happened during TM ride testing so they pulled the trains and removed all the spoliers before testing restarted.
