That kind of sucks. Was hoping it’d be two attractions so we could do one each morning during early entry. Three different ones in three different portals will mean we’re waiting in a very long line for one. I’ll go ahead and add it to my package and if VIP comes out I’ll add that one day instead to alleviate that.

1-Park 1-Day VIP Experience Ticket – Universal Epic Universe
The 1-Park 1-Day VIP Experience Ticket entitles one (1) guest a pre-scheduled four (4) hour tour of Universal Epic Universe theme park; priority entrance at select participating rides and attractions based on itinerary at discretion of Universal Orlando; one (1) VIP Priority access; a VIP Experience souvenir lanyard; Exclusive behind-the-scenes experience in the park; VIP discount at select merchandise locations within the park on day of VIP Experience; and one (1) complimentary valet parking on day of the VIP tour (1 vehicle, based on availability with advance purchase). Tours depart approximately 30 minutes after the check-in time. The VIP Priority access will allow one (1) time express ride access (with VIP credential) at all participating rides and attractions for the date of the VIP tour (valid at conclusion of the VIP tour during normal park operating hours) in the same theme park and on the same calendar day as the tour. Express ride access is a separate queue line with a shorter wait time at participating rides and attractions. The VIP Experience requires advance reservations and is only available during regular theme park operating hours. Subject to availability; Ticket is date and time specific; forty-eight (48) hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund. Theme park admission is not included. Separate theme park admission ticket to Universal Epic Universe is required and must be valid for the same calendar day and to the same theme park as the tour ticket.
Alright I bought the VIP outside of my vacation plan cuz the phone is taking forever and yesterday when I added someone to my existing package I can no longer make changes or it open it online. So I’m gonna stay on the phone to see why that is and can they do express in Dec for our 2nd day. $2700 for 5 people Dec 16 only start option at 9am and says it’s four hours. Hoping we can get one of the non express passes in before the VIP tour during early entry which I assume will be at 8am.
Guessing the system is overloaded cuz now all express passes for epic appear sold out which seems awfully fast for the whole year.
Cannot get in on multiple browsers but my safari is in and every time I go in different months are available up to Nov but not Dec yet. Keep on trying while I wait on hold sigh.
I got thru on Firefox and it’s in the cart…still on hold on the phone. Now let’s see if it’ll let me sign in and get to my cart…it did for the VIP tour and I screen shot the confirmation number because still no email.
I had windows up in private Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Safari on my phone and I literally just refreshed every time I tried to get the express and it didn’t show any available or even show my month at all. It’s been what 45 min…so hang in there.
Won’t take my payment and tried two different cards so thinking it’s on their end since it took it for VIP and no card texts/emails saying possible fraud. And now it cleared out my cart. Which last time this happened the purchase went thru…so now I don’t know UGH!

Ohhhh dragon racers rally is that spinning thing. Yeah I’m good doing that one once during vip tour! So that makes it a lot easier running two mornings to something. Harry Potter on VIP tour day prolly since we’re in Helios and should hopefully be able to beat front crowds and not take up the whole hour and miss our check in time and donkey Kong day two. Easy. I for some reason thought that was the roller coaster. 
That’s typically the case. It’ll level out by lunch. It’s exciting to see it being offered!

Been on hold for over 80 minutes so far too! It was actually faster when I added the single day Epic ticket. More people want express and/or VIP that tickets ha ha
Ack it’s showing up on both credit cards…definitely gonna make sure I didn’t buy it twice when it gave me an error saying it didn’t go thru! Sheesh.
I have a meeting in 15 minutes…maybe I can delay that if I don’t get in in the next 5 minutes…delayed. I have until my 10:30am now…do we think another hour+ is enough!!!
2hours 11min and counting…2 hours 43 min and counting and had to shorten a meeting and meet at the 2nd half. I cannot keep doing this and keep my job! My job is meetings ha ha ha. If they were just meetings where I listened on mute but nope I run these things…grrrrr so they’d hear the minions in the background lol
3 hour wait is insane. They should have hired contractors and if they are using cloud, they should have amped up their servers for the day.

Yay I got email confirmations for VIP and Express (only one confirmation for express pass so hoping the pending charge on the first card I tried falls off in a few days. If not, I’ll contact them then)
They did get one of the names one letter off, what should have been an s they made an e (I must have done that, probably autocorrect cuz it’s a weird last name). So I’ll still stay on the phone to get them to check that and ask about my vacation package not allowing me in online nor having gotten a confirmation email from yesterday when I added a 5th person.
Express passes are showing up in wallet but not VIP and I know VIP used to because I can see a previous used one in there (weird cuz I used it so I don’t know why it’s not in past tickets?!?, same goes for a photo package we used…)
Ack. I have been battling to get discounted tickets through a website that is a membership perk. The order keeps not going through and they suspect they are having tech issues with the passes that include Epic. So, I was about to give up on the discount and go straight to Universal. Now I’m in a ridiculously long queue. Guess I know why. Maybe I should check back later.
Been on phone hold fo four hours and 6 minutes. They were woefully unprepared
I finally got out of the virtual queue after 3 hours but epic universe express passes are no longer listed on the app! I double checked the website as well and they have been removed from there, too
I do wish they sent out a heads up to those of us with tickets or annual passes ahead of time. Womp womp

Coming up on 6 hours, who wants to take bets that this call I made at 7:48am Central won’t get answered today? I’m curious now just to see if they’ll ever get to me or just hung up when the customer service hours end? I’m taking bets
Guess 6 hours is the limit. It hung up I’ll be waiting a week or so before I put myself thru that again to get the name corrected on the one VIP pass and to make sure I actually have an updated package after adding the person yesterday.

I’ve never done a VIP tour. The EPIC one sounds like you still wait in the Express Pass line. I always thought with the VIP tour, they escorted to the front of the line through the exit? I must be wrong because if you have to wait in the express pass line, and you only get 4 hours that is much more expensive than the Express Pass.
I’ve never done a VIP, but I’ve seen many of them in the parks. At IOA / USF you go to the front of the line. I’d presume it’s the same at Epic.
The VIP Tours I have done in USF and IOA you skip the line, all the line and you get backstage access like to the Men in Black area below and the tour guide holds your bags so no lockers!!! I would assume it would be the same because that’s the same generic description. It didn’t explicitly say you wait in the Express line. My assumption is that they will focus on the non-express attractions (they included VelociCoaster and Hagrids for ours) and then the best of the Express attractions and we even got one show and then you can ride the rest of the express rides with your pass and do a reride on the ones you didn’t use your express for during the VIP tour.
I’m thinking in 4 hours you can probably accomplish 8 attractions. My guess is it’s going to include:
Ministry of Magic
Kong
maybe that spinning one I can’t ever remember the name
Mario Kart
Monsters
Wolfman
Starfall Racers (is it Stardust?)or whatever they changed the name too (I’m doing this off the top of my head)
Fyre Drill and maybe they leave you at a show whichever is the more popular.
Which means after the tour you can go back and reride all of those that have express plus the others they didn’t take you like the carrousel and Yoshi (I could see them replacing Fyre Drill with Yoshi in cold months) and see the other show (and if they did leave you at a show you could technically see that again too)

" with riding via the Express line during the tour? In IOA and USF your VIP badge works as an express pass once the tour is over. So like our tour RRR went down so we rode Jimmy Fallon instead. But as soon as the tour was over RRR was back up and we were able to use our VIP badge to use the Express line at that time sans Tour Guide.
