If your child is too short to ride an attraction, see a Team Member and ask for a Height Certificate. You can also pick one up when doing the child swap. It’s a card that’s themed to each attraction that you write your child’s name on. Bring it with on your future trip when your child is tall enough to ride. That certificate will allow your whole party (up to 5) in the Express Lane!
Sorry to revive an old thread. Did you get this to work? I’ve been setting test alerts and it’s not notifying me (I go in manually and can see that the wait-time has gone down but I didn’t get anything and my alert is gone). I’ve turned on notifications for the app, and deleted and reinstalled it. I was hoping to use it to catch a good time to ride Hagrids!
