This does change some things for me! I had a “perfect” day of holiday events planned before I rearranged things. Plus, I’d like to see the show too! I make so many plans that I can’t go back to get my originals anymore. No big deal! I do like some of the changes I made. I’ll incorporate the best of each and see if I still want the extra day…

Whew! (I’ve actually got a major project going on at the office - for once) However, I just kept planning in the back of my mind and breaks.
I learned a lot by trying to put my original plan back together. I was probably doing too much and only when I cut the Toon Lagoon water rides did I realize how much I wanted them to stay!!
I changed my flight for the extra day. SouthWest is having a sale through today. It was only $10 for the same non-stop flight the next day. I’ll submit the PTO tomorrow.
So, now I have two chances to see each of the night time shows at both parks and a leisurely WWOHP day where I do everything. Before adding the day I was really going to be out of luck if it rained or anything and the shows were cancelled. I’ve got second chances for the street shows too - or the chance to do more rides
I’m definitely going to see Mannheim Steamroller. They used to come to my city regularly & I’ve never gotten to see them. Plus, I’ve gone through all this trouble because of the show I might as well see it!!
IME - I’m going to be “off plan” by day 3! I typically get so much done solo!!

Nooooo!!! I’m accompanying my kid’s high school choral concert on the 12th. There just wouldn’t be enough time for a trip after then would there? Would there….??

My next December trip isn’t until December 2025!!! 
We are in talks of potentially adding another WDW trip in January 2025, though.

I reminded DW that our APs don’t expire until after DD& I go back to HHN in 2024… She rolled her eyes & laughed!
I need to rebuild all my PTO for Epic Universe in 2026!!
My plans going forward…
2024 = HHN
2025 = Disneyland & Knott’s
2026 = UOR AP with at least 4 visits…HHN/Grinchmas/Mardi Gras/Bonus
I need those things to look forward to for my mental health. I so blessed to have a great job, but after 15 years of the same thing every weekday (and hopefully 15 more years!!) I’d melt down without my “escapes”!

Yes! We already have a whole-family trip planned for January 2026. We’ll rent a house with like 5-6 bedrooms, etc. We will have somewhere on the order of 10 (or more) of us going!

Were probably gonna start our Epic APs at HHN time. It’ll give the parks a year to be open with Epic added. Plus, we’ll get two HHN seasons if we overlap!
Good luck!!! There are times I get very envious of everyone having families that love this stuff. (It’s just me & DD in our entire extended family)
However, the notion of having to travel with my in-laws and a group of that size scares me more than any HHN house!!

I FOUND IT!
I put the mask inside the loungefly bag I bought DD for Christmas. It was my way to protect it in transit. DUH!!

I was in a good enough mood that she persuaded me to pay for her & her roommate to stay at a hotel this weekend when they go to Nashville to see Olivia Rodrigoa
They were going to try to drive there & back in one day…
My kid can barely stay up past 11pm!! I couldn’t imagine her driving all day & night!!
