I do not like HM and that would have been WAY too much for me LOL.
I don’t get why 7DMT goes down so much. I have lost count of how many times it has gone down while I was in line. I got all the way to being the NEXT person on and it went down. It did not go back up that day.

@QwertySC other folks in line were saying it was the second time that day it went down while they were in line. I didn’t know about those issues with 7DMT. It was luckier than I thought that it came back.

Day 3 5/5 EPCOT Part 1 - Last park day, sob!
Priorities:
- Exploring the world showcase, especially Japan
- Riding Guardians, Test Track, and Remy’s for the first time
- Moana’s water walkthrough (I love that movie)
- SNACKS!
After the AH event I had to sleep/recover until 9:30am but my first LL was not until 10:55 for Golfball Earth. (My dad’s name for it.) The EPCOT bus was pulling into my stop as I approached! Another walk-on. 
Sweet bus driver was telling everyone to “have fun!”
Spaceship Earth went down as I approached so I shopped for presents for the family, got a decaf iced coffee with oat milk from Joffrey’s, and found the last available shady bench in the park, joining a friendly retired lady who was waiting for her husband who was riding Guardians.
Finally I got to ride Guardians, and what can I say? It’s as great as everyone says. The movement of the cars was different and exciting, it’s a smooth ride, and the effects and screens integrate well. My song was One Way or Another. Also impressed with so many little kids riding it! I really wished I could ride it again immediately. Next trip!
At 12:45 Test Track had no LL but the single rider line was only about a five minute wait. Another first ride for me and it was fun. I especially enjoyed the evergreen scent in the forest scene.
Stopped at Citrus Blossom for beignets with blueberry compote and a key lime wine slushy. Both verrrry tasty.
Returned to Spaceship Earth to use my LL. It was running again and I waited about five minutes. My favorite part was seeing the animatronic I like to call Doctor Miniskirt! That was a little joke my kiddo and I used to giggle about.
Next LL was The Land, (or as my dad calls it, “The Lannnnnnnnd”) and waited about five minutes. As a kid I found this ride kinda boring but I appreciate it more every time I ride it.
At 2:26pm checked in for my LL for Soarin’! Got to the preshow at 2:47. Always a good time! If you’re ever in Chicago, we have a similar attraction at Navy Pier called Chicago Flyover.

Haven’t done that one, but I have been to the similar experience at Wilderness in the Dells. Will have to consider this Navy Pier one next time we’re downtown.

I have done the one in the Dells, too! I would say Chicago Flyover is better, and closer to the Soarin’ experience. Worth a visit!

Day 3 Tuesday 5/5 EPCOT part 2 - World Showcase
Peeked into Mexico just for the memories. Once as a child my family ate in the restaurant overlooking the river. 
My LL for Frozen was 1:55-2:55 and still worked at 3:25. Waited less than 10 minutes. Overhead cast members chatting in Norwegian while in the queue. What a sweet little ride. Beautiful and just a bit exciting, perfect for little fans of Frozen.
Wandered into Germany for a late lunch from Sommerfest. Got a brat on a pretzel roll and the Pretzel Bread Pudding and found a table outside. The brat was good and the Pretzel Bread Pudding was HEAVENLY. Warm, a nice balance of sweet and savoury, the texture was just right, and slightly crispy on top. Five stars! Someone actually saw me eating it and asked me what it was and where they could get one. 
Snow White made an appearance in Germany as I was leaving!
My favorite stop in world showcase is Japan. The stream with noise makers is so charming, the museum has great exhibits, and the shop is awesome.
When I was about 12, I was captivated by an exhibit in the Japan pavilion of netsuke, tiny carvings mostly of animals. Now they had a Kawaii show, showcasing the art and culture of cute in Japan and they included some netsuke sculptures!
I could spend hours in the Mitsukoshi Department Store. I picked up most of my gifts for friends and family there.
I wandered through more countries and paused to sit in the shady market in Morocco, where I overheard someone exclaiming that Remy’s had just reopened. I didn’t know it was down!
I rushed over to France, got in the Remy SR line at 6:10pm, and waited three minutes! I was impressed with how cleverly the imagineers combined screens and sets, and the trackless system gives the ride a more chaotic feeling. A lot of fun! Kind of obsessed with the giant string lights.
Next I strolled through UK and got nostalgic about the last time I was there with my parents and kiddo. He raced my mom through that hedge maze when he was four.
I needed a rest and to plan next steps, so I shared a shady bench between UK and Canada, facing the lake next to another sweet grandma. This one was holding a very content baby. It was a lovely, quiet spot at golden hour with a cool breeze. We chatted a bit and then I decided to move in the direction of the The Seas area.

Day 3 May 5 EPCOT part 3 and back to reality
On my way to the Seas I stopped in Canada and watched Canada 360. The butterfly tent was on my way so I walked through, but didn’t see many butterflies.
Rode Nemo just for the heck of it and saved my top must-do for last, the Moana walk-through. Moana is one of my favorite Disney movies and I found the Journey of Water to be beautiful and magical. Took my time trying all the interactive water activities and joined up with others to raise our arms to make the water shoot up over the rocks. So fun.
I was craving ice cream when it was nearly fireworks time, but couldn’t find any and settled for a bubble tea. Then I did a quick internet search for the best and worst spots in EPCOT to see the fireworks. Luckily a nice family waiting next to the lagoon near Norway offered the little space next to them. I laid out my little towel on the ground behind the fence. Some small kids were crowded up next to me, oohing and ahhing, which was sweet. It was a lovely end to my last park day!
I picked up a couple more gifts and headed to the bus stops.
While waiting for my bus I overhead a child in line say, “I want to stay here forever.” I get it, kid. I get it.
The next morning I relaxed by the Ranchos pool a bit before catching my Mears bus back to MCO. One last tip: has anyone tried Zaza’s Cuban Café in MCO? It was very good for airport food!
Re-entry to reality felt SURREAL. Especially when I got on the train from the airport and the usual city smells hit me. Something we don’t talk about much is how good everywhere smells in WDW! Sigh.
This was my first solo trip to Disney and it had been EIGHT long years since I had visited any theme park. It’s a week later now and I’m feeling really glad that I did it, and proud that most of my plans and strategies worked out well!
Next I’m planning my first visit to DISNEYLAND in the fall, so I’m already lurking in that forum. I’m taking a friend with me this time. Thanks for reading! I’m grateful for this forum.

Yay! It sounds like such an excellent trip - you packed in a lot, but seemed to also find plenty of time to just relax and smell the roses. It made me want to plan my next trip!
Well done on already lining up your next trip, how exciting! I have not done a solo trip to DLR, but very much enjoyed our first-ever family trip there in 2024 (including the planning), here my trip report and link to planning thread in case it’s any help.

Quick question: did you get queasy at all riding GoTG? I used to love riding coasters, however nowadays I tend to get queasy with certain coasters/rides, especially if they are a bit rough and jarring…

GotG felt ok to me and I’m in my early 50s and get queazy with spinning or playground swings. It does rotate a bit but it’s very smooth. I think I’m done with the older, bumpier coasters like Space Mountain.

I’ve similarly started getting queasy on coasters (including pretty tame ones like BTTMR) over the past five years or so, and unfortunately for me GotG is no exception. The spinning of the ride vehicles and screens are a part of that.
GotG is incredibly smooth and an amazing ride, so I intend to continue enjoying it - but I now take anti-nausea medication (meclizine) on days on which I want to ride coasters, and make sure I haven’t eaten too much/too little before riding.
I still sometimes need to sit down for a couple of minutes after riding, and it’s become a tradition for our family to hear straight from the ride to Club Cool for some cold fizzy drinks - but most times, I’ve recovered very quickly.
Definitely worth trying once in my opinion!

Great thanks for the tip about anti nausea meds, didn’t even occur to me they might help! Am excited at the idea of riding GOTG and who knows maybe some of the other as well I have been avoiding. I will be back in literally 1 week!!! Soooo excited!!! Also solo trip
