I’m french and I will finally go back in July for my 5th times. The last trip was in 2019 so there was the Magical Express 
What is the better option ? Not to expensive and fast ? Mears or Uber ?
We are 4 maybe 5 with suitcases for 14 days.
Where is the uber deposit in MCO ?

Mears has about the same timeline as the old Magical Express. It depends on your luck of arrival time vs when your bus pulls out. And they’ll probably stop at 3 resorts. You may be first, but you also may be last.
I think most international flights are landing in the new Terminal C of MCO. It’s a hike to get over to Mears. And that will be $16 per adult.
With 4 or 5 people, you’ll be close in price to get a large Uber.
I’m not sure where Rideshare pick up is from terminal C. But if you’re in A or B, pick up is on level 2 right outside of domestic travel baggage claim on both sides
Uber/Lyft will be the fastest ride to your resort, but you may have a small wait to get a large vehicle.

I think Mears also goes out of terminal C now.
The price for 2 adults/2 kids for Mears for us was $121 round trip. I think that is equivalent to a Lyft. I have paid between $40 and $60.
They definitely do leave from Terminal C. If you arrive late, you need to call and they send a bus.
