Yes, the optimize on the website on my iPad just spins. I had to finally reload the page and it was then completed. Haven’t tried putting DAS times in since the new site went live. Really dislike how BIG everything is on the page. I was hoping the new stuff wouldn’t go live until after the December meetup but oh well.
Also, I think it keeps resetting are you planning to buy G+ every time you change something but I could be misremembering so I’m going to go check out my, what were finished TPs and see what needs “fixing”.
Yup we have a problem. I’m trying to put DAS times in and I got one set up for Dinosaur but then every time I try to add another it’s the conservation station.
And if I keep adding I keep getting conservation station multiple times. I don’t use the app to plan, I use the website on my iPad or at least I used to.
This worked just fine under the old website.
Also, got excited when on my Jollywood night the scroll let me select ending at 11 pm, I was like yes! They gave us a work around not having Jollywood available to plan yet, just extend the day! WRONG. It let’s you think you can set the end time for later than the official hours but then defaults but to the official park end time when you save. Sigh.
I also preferred having the are you buying G+, Advanced mode time (DAS) up above the schedule. There was a little scrolling but it mostly made sense. Now at the bottom I’m scrolling up and down because with the bigger size of things I can’t see what I’ve already got in my plan and my memory is lazy. So up/down up/down multiple times well, that was until the conversation station error kept happening.
I select “no” to this question as it does the auto-populate thing with LL instructions which I hate. Then just do LL ride selection through adding DAS times.
Same but I think with the new website it undoes it if you change anything else.
Not sure because now I can’t really use the website at all because of the DAS problem I screenshot above. I’m going to have to use the app to plan/fix things since the website is now unusable to me.
I’m actually very annoyed but trying to be helpful by detailing what doesn’t work anymore. This is adding stress from an area I wasn’t expecting with my trip in 2 weeks. I’m also annoyed that we still can’t add Jollywood to plans unless we do a work around of some sort.
Well that was a waste. I didn’t know you can’t do the Advanced DAS stuff on the app. You also can’t do anything with ILLs other than see ones that you put in on the website. I think I’m going to cry myself to sleep now. Only sort of joking.
I have had issues with trying to utilize DAS, as well. I really don’t use TP as a “be all and end all, I need to be at Jungle Cruise at exactly 11:27 am.” But I use it more where I am planning a theoretical day, just to make sure that I’m not shoving too much in my day; basically, trying to temper my expectations.
Yay! Thank you TP! At least one issue has been resolved! I haven’t done more yet since I just hot up, but DAS/Advanced planning appears to be functional. I will let you know if anything else pops up.
Just noticed park hours for MK and AK now start at 8 am rather than 9 am for at least Dec 1 and 2. And HS 8:30 am. FYI. Just checked and on MDE these times go through Dec 9. Basically starting 12/1 except MK is 8 am on 11/30.
When the park opens at 7:30 a.m. for Early Theme Park Entry, are return times given for the period between 7:30 a.m. and 8 a.m.? I thought this was not the case.
