TouringPlans for new LLMP & LLSP

Thank you!

Two things:

  1. We’ve seen overlaps of up to 25 minutes.
  2. You can now book an LLMP return time whose time window started 20+ minutes ago.

Here’s an example of two completely overlapping LLMP return time windows:

I think something’s broken.

That seems unlikely, this is Disney IT we’re talking about!

J/k.

It must be. I tried to modify a few things and could only get up to 20 minutes overlap. I didn’t modify. But I wanted to see what MDE would show me.

My account won’t allow for any overlap
At all on modifications so I don’t know what’s up. I’m not sure why it seems different depending on the account trying it lol.

Is there a setting that will show me this information:

The software will recommend the 3 best “advance” LLMPs to obtain for your plan. These will generally follow our prioritized list

I’m recreating my plans and don’t see it. I must be doing something wrong!

Thanks

I think they are updating things. I generally dont let TP pick these. I think the way to do it is to say you are planning to use LL and then optimize. Make sure your day is full and TP will pick the best to get. Agai , not sure if this feature is available JUST yet.

I tried it on my MK plan and it changed time and wait time on Tianna’s and put “Use Lightening lane” below the ride. That helps so much!

I’m new to TP but confused as to how this is working. I have 3 Multipass LLs for a day at MK. I add them to the plan. But when I optimize it shows 5 LLs, which are obviously impossible to have at once. And it has the two additional ones before I use my first existing one, and shows me “obtaining” a new LL before I’ve used my first existing one also. Either I’m doing something wrong or it isn’t working correctly. Any thoughts?

This. You can’t get a new LL until you have used one of your pre-booked ones. It’s tricky to code, so I sympathize with the Touring Plans team. But it’s kind of buggy now.

Yeah… Back in the days of MaxPass, at DLR, TP couldn’t code it correctly then either. I gave up trying to make plans with MaxPass. My plans were based on not having it. Then I knew I could get more done than I had planned! :shark:
