How or where do I go to have Touring Plans make a room request for me? I’m staying at the Dolphin Resort in a couple weeks on our honeymoon with a resort view room and would like this to be a memorable experience.

That’s the link, but unfortunately they only submit requests to Disney owned properties.
Just call Dolphin and make your request- general is better, but if you have a specific room number you could give them that as well.

But I’m not sure it works for Dolphin.
