If you check in to the ride before the 2-hour time, I assume it’ll also recognize you are able to make a new selection then?

Nice eye! Also thank you for those videos, happens to also have a demo of how to modify a G+ reservation. Starting to feel ready for the trip, which is kind of scary haha

Is there a list anywhere of what rides have one/two tap points? If there is a second, it is the second that is used for redemption correct?

Yes

I remember we compiled one a long time ago but there are some rides / times that they close the second tap. So it’s not super useful information to have. Always try to get another LL after the first tap just in case.

I remembered the list is a tab in the Handy Dandy Spreadsheet.

Apparently you can upgrade from single park G+ to multipark G+ by buying for 2 parks, visiting GS and they will refund you the difference between what you paid and the multipark cost.

Excerpt:
Asked if guests who purchased the service for one park could upgrade to a multi-park option after the fact, a Walt Disney World spokesperson informed us that guests could purchase Genie+ for the additional park and visit Guest Services to be refunded the difference between the combined total and the Multi-Park price.

They really need to fix that so you just pay the diff. Get with the program Disney IT

Yeah after GS gets overwhelmed they’ll hopefully make the change.

What did I say!

I’m happy to look at your plans and offer feedback. I will say that there are a lot of people on this thread who are both much more knowledgeable and experienced than I am (as you can see from all the responses). Honest to goodness, this is the best online community.

That’s not exactly convenient is it.

It’s a hassle.

One idea (if not already obvious) is since MK and multipark are the same price, always buy multipark in preference to MK if you have PH.

“You can upgrade from single park to multi-park with just four easy visits to guest services!”
