We’re here! I totally forgot about Pop Warner leaving WDW for Universal. The hotel is packed with cheerleader groups!
I have experienced them at WDW and it’s often a headache…
We don’t have anything scheduled today. DW is a bit tired and looks overwhelmed. Trying to be as chill as I can, but it’s hard when I’m here and excited!
She says she “could” eat and wants to look at the food court.
Food court was a bust, so off to CityWalk!
Aaahhhh… Panda Express saved the day for my picky eater!
I’m getting Bao, since it is next door!
Maybe if I submit another review to The Unofficial Universal Podcast they might actually use it this time! 
We strolled CityWalk and DW got Cinnabon for dessert. She said she wanted to lounge by the pool. We’ve come back, but as soon as she sat on the bed to change clothes she was done! 
Now it’s rest time instead…
tbh…I could use the break too! I’ve been up for 13 hours so far!
Was the Citywalk packed, too, or just Cabana Bay? What’s Pop Warner?
CityWalk was definitely busy! We didn’t wait too long for anything though. However, it was off-peak time to eat
Pop Warner is youth football leagues and cheerleaders. The place is swimming with groups!
The ride queues on the app still seem reasonable, but not short

We got out, went to Bubba Gump Shrimp and some shopping.
The Lambert’s Select Club is INCREDIBLE!
They say it gives you Priority Seating, but it gives you IMMEDIATE seating. We bypassed everyone sitting outside and everyone already on the waiting list.
The food was fine. Not amazing, but good. I was able to use the $25 card sign-up, but not combine it with my $25 birthday bonus. I was able to use the free appetizer coupon from the Vacation Planning desk. We only paid about $70 for over $100 of food and drinks. I’m a sucker for themed cups you keep (and I didn’t get a HHN blinky cup!)
We did stop into the Green & Red Coconut Club. Halloween is my favorite holiday and I liked the Dead Coconut Club, but thus was even better!
We danced to Christmas music and explored the place!
Tomorrow is the only rope drop day, so we are back around 9pm to rest up. I’m catching up on cable tv. (Resident Alien! I love it. Alan Tudyk is hilarious! )

Yes…the card. You just flash it to the host and they seat you… it’s that fast!
The lobby was swarming with cheerleaders. However, they do shows and stuff until after lunch l. DW is nice enough to RD Hagrid’s this morning since it’s my birthday. (And it’s her first ever ride on it! )
We were on the second bus to CityWalk. The security was empty. I didn’t ask DW to jog or powerwalk!
The RD crowd at 7:30 is fine…not past the ticket booths. I’ve assured DW we won’t jog to Hagrid’s, but walk with a purpose…lol!
Stayed in Surfside last week. They were rather energetic during the overnight. Hope they don’t bother you.
Our entry queue, literally, did not move due to people on front of us for 5+ minutes…1000+ people walked past in other queues. Then DW had to stop for a bathroom break before entering the queue…
Our queue position is in The Lost Continent!
They held us in batches to use the lockers. We entered the actual queue…not the extended queue at 8:05… (I forgot to mention they opened the park entry taps at 7:50)
It’s 8:30am and we are about to enter the queue building…
My plan didn’t have us off until 9am, we’ll be a bit “behind” but not too bad…
Single rider is open and no wait!! I was tempted, but this is DW’s first time…I want to be with her
OMG! Seuss Landing is soooo pretty! I can’t wait to see it at night…
Plus it’s foggy today…makes Hogsmeade really pretty this morning
The foggy view from the top hat of the velocicoaster was very ethereal.

I’m admiring your patience–I struggle so much with that with my bunch! When I’m there, I’m so happy to go, go, go!!
It isn’t easy to be this patient! My plan is gone as she wanted food after Hagrid’s and then asked to do Posiedon’s Fury. (She rarely asks to do anything! So of course we went to rhe first show!)
Went to JPRA as it was posted as a walk-on. We are the next people to board, but they stopped running it to add boats. We don’t have to leave, but it’s going to 10 - 15 minutes. I don’t want to drag DW anywhere else so we are waiting it out. She’s been ready good about the waits!
Oh! She LOVED Hagrid’s! Even she thinks it is worth the 60 minute wait! That’s a big statement from her!
