I listen to podcasts in the shower and my shower has green tile so I was definitely giving it a closer look yesterday! I am not sure I have the eye to spot grout craftmanship like Len does.
Ooooh, I need to get caught up and hear about Len’s visit! (I just finished the 64 part series on Reflections)
The most important part of the Ministry queue is there is a locker in the locker room portion of the queue with my initials on it. I’m going to begin a campaign with Universal that I can apparate to my locker every time I want to ride…the initials definitely represent my name and not anyone else’s…(it would skip a significant portion of the queue).
I’ve said it before, but after just walking the queue (the ride wasn’t open yet), I truly can’t imagine waiting in it. I did not see any Ministry Bathrooms.
Were there Ministry Semi-Secluded Corners Where One Should Watch Their Step???

This has been a problem at Disneylands GotG queue. ![]()

It was a problem at FOP too right? Before they added bathrooms?
I think I remember that. In the case of GotG, it seemed to be some sort of internet trend or dare situation. The line is usually an hour or 90 min max.
I can confirm that my dickhead BIL let my nephew who was probably 8 at the time pee in the FOP queue instead of taking him out. They were there only a couple of months after it opened and waited 3 hours.
Just curious, was it an indoor portion of the queue? Not that I would ever do it, but I would be more sympathetic if it was outdoor.
A couple of months ago my 6-year-old had to pee when we were at Coldstone (ice cream shop). I had her use the “out of order” bathroom. I figured the door was unlocked, it couldn’t be that broken. It was an emergency and there were no other bathrooms nearby. Worst case she peed in a toilet that was disconnected from the sewer. Hopefully it was more a cosmetic “out of order” situation. ![]()
To the best of my knowledge it was indoor, but I’m not sure that they ever actually said that. Maybe I’m thinking worse of them than is merited.
I’m going first week of June and keep waiting to buy tickets thinking something better may be coming
Something better than what? Than any of the 7 discounts?
For adult 4 day hoppers, convention tickets are still the best as far as I can tell. Only reason I’m asking here is Len implied more discounts on the way if I heard him right.
Same. Not really ticket deals if you want to go to Magic Kingdom. Convention is what I’m looking at too.
On this weeks episode while answering one of the listener questions they seemed to think RnR would already be re-themed to Muppets by March 2026. Is that possible? Have they announced closure dates to do the update?
I suspect Len and Jim have used their inside sources to make an educated guess. They will start a future show with self congratulations when it is officially announced.
I heard that and wondered the same thing!
I am still waaayyy behind in my podcast listening - but I just listened to the Mission: Space episode. I got a something even better than a Patreon subscriber shoutout - @len mentioned my hometown! ![]()
We’re produced spectacularly by Eric Hersey and David Grey, who’ll be handing out free seeds for heirloom varietals Dublin, Minnesota 13, and Seneca Red Stalker at the 51st Annual Green Corn Festival, running June 25 - 28th at the Charley Young Event Park, that’s at the corner of North Armstrong Street, you know, where Dawes Avenue turns from East to West?, in beautiful, downtown Bixby, Oklahoma.
Fun fact - when you’re a kid in the Bixby School systems, you’re required to make a poster for the Green Corn Festival Poster Contest every year. Every. Single. Year. There’s a competition and then they auction off the best ones.
Also in this episode, I learned that Takumi-Tei was ages 8+
