Yippeee! So exciting! I hope the sellers sign quickly.
I keep checking my dashboard for my points but nothing yet. I’ll let you know what that timeline ends up being. I know my deed was recorded very quickly.
For anyone else who has added on via resale, do the points automatically show up in my account online or do I need to wait for my new membership number to come in the mail?

Ok I spoke a day too soon and I just got all my points! I actually got an email that my resale membership had been added to my existing account and that it could take up to 10 days for the points to be loaded. But all of the points are there today when I logged in. So I’m feeling much more confident for you in April if your seller signs ASAP!

Great news! Thank you! I received an email confirmation from the title company that they had received both my documents and funds yesterday. Fingers crossed the seller moves quickly too!

I imagine if that seller hears the funds are in escrow they will be motivated!
