Sweets at Epcot

Can someone help me? The official Disney dining pages open SO slowly.
Does Epcot have an equivalent to Zuri’s Sweet Shop (AK) and Big Top Treats (MK)?
Thank you.

I don’t think so. To check myself, I went into the Touring plans app, bottom dining tab, and then looked by Epcot. The list of food places is usually a starting place for me.

Oh! Thank you.
I hadn’t thought of the TP app. I never use that outside the parks. That may help in general as I research dining.

At Epcot, a lot of people like to collect sweets from different countries, so there is no dedicated sweet shop. The closest thing I can think of is Karamel-Kuche in the Germany pavilion that has all sorts of caramel sweets.

Thank you!
I do know Les Halles has a lovely display. I’ll check out Germany.

My all-time favorite snack in all of WDW is the gingerbread sandwich cookie from Karamel-Kuche. It isn’t always available, but when it is, I will buy one. Or two. (Obviously, you need to like gingerbread!)

Those are sooo good! I tried one of the caramel butter bars (actually, I think it was a caramel apple butter bar), because AJ at DFB talks them up so much, but the gingerbread sandwich cookie was even better.

The gingerbread ones are kind of seasonal– not strictly a Christmas treat, I think they have them in the spring sometimes too, but sadly not year round. I believe the current version is made with snickerdoodles. And they make them with chocolate Mickey cookies, too. I’ll be there on Monday, and assuming the gingerbread ones don’t make a magical reappearance between now and then, I’ll probably try one of the Mickey ones. I love a snickerdoodle, but I’m worried it will be too sweet. The nice thing about the gingerbread is that the little bit of bite from the ginger balances the sweetness from the caramel and buttercream.

Ooooo. I’ll go find out what they have in early November!

I’m planning to try the snickerdoodle version next week! And, maybe the Mickey one too

For science!

That cookie sandwich is my favorite snack in all of WDW! I wish it were available year round, but you can usually only find it in November/December.

We were there last January (third week), and I went in not expecting to find any. But lo and behold, they did! I mentioned to the CM as I was paying that it is may favorite snack in all of WDW, and he said that I was lucky, because they had been out entirely, but just that morning had located six(!) more! I bought two of them to share with my family.

They are just THAT good.

(I worry that we could be hyping them TOO much, though…and then you buy one, and go, “Um. That’s it?” )
