I used this thread to create a wonderful itinerary for a recent Colorado trip my husband and I went on, and it was PERFECT. Better than any spreadsheet, better than using an app, etc. So easy and accessible from any device. And easy to print. This will definitely be part of my WDW planning.

Does your calendar assume you walk right in, or did you also include expected wait times? I’m going over Christmas, so I want to THINK I’ll be out of ADRs in 90 minutes, but I can also see how I might be waiting a long time just to get a table during holiday season. Just curious how all of you have listed that on your calendars…
I just scheduled it at the listed time of the ADR and estimated the time I thought it would take us. I found that we generally ended up getting there a few mins early and I don’t think we had to wait for a table at all on this trip. We were often seated as soon as we checked in. The crowds were nice and low that week though so i’m sure that played into it a lot.
