how many days out were you from your HS day?

We are planning on HS for our check in day. We only have a short three night trip. That check in day is the Thursday before Columbus Day and crowds are predicted to be much lower on that day then over the weekend (CL 3 on thurs vs 9 on the weekend). I will obviously just be at the mercy of whatever fpp are available at 60 days out for that evening and won’t get my hopes up for a SDD FPP. I am hoping that I can get an AS2 FPP and then hop in the line for SDD late in the evening during F! Which we will skip. We may end up doing TSMM standby too but we have rode that on previous trips so not as much of a priority. Will be following closely once Toy story land opens to see how waits are at the end of the night.
how did you do on Ak?
Did you try searching for a party of 1 and search for overlapping times? Just another thought if you really want SDD.
