Nice report opening!
Looks like my family is heading down in August now, first trip in 2 years (since the Miami stolen airbag fiasco.) First time in a Deluxe (Swan) with kids, I have to come up with something good for my report.

Just a quick note - a couple of the late nights are dates for DW and I. 
The kids will be with the in-laws.
My kids are early risers so we’re definitely going to rope drop, and our plans in the evening are more flexible depending on how they are doing. I doubt we will make it to HEA or Epcot Forever. But we do have a Fantasmic dining package, so I’m hoping to make it to that.

Just got back, had a blast. I could smell the heavenly scent of Portofino lobby just by reading your post! Love the spreadsheets, but mine was a last minute trip so i used my TP list to help me check things off the list so i wouldnt forget any faves. I had a little trouble with optimization—it didnt want to accept my LL return times, because i modified them as needed. We tried to see Fantasmic, but im not sure it happened-----that was our rainiest day. So jealous your trip allows for RnRc. We just missed it by a day! Have a great time!

@JJT The Dolphin was pretty great this past week—amazing grotto pool (minus the fire ants 1 night). The bus drop off points were weirder than I expected, though I knew in advance to expect it for MK and we used a different bus that day. They also let you out way in the back of DS. It just took a minute for me to reconfigure direction of walking once we were off. But the deluxe evening hours were nice, as was the rate.
