I just read an article about this that mentioned prices from $129 up to $449 per day. Depends on the park and time of year of course.

Interesting. I can’t wait to see the price chart.

$129 is the lowest and it is AK? How many attractions? Why would you need that?

Mathing with a VIP tour. 10 ppl. 5500 is prob avg for 7 hr day.
So rough numbers for a fam of 4
So say 500x4 for mk only is 2k. That’s a third of a vip tour. And you can only do 1 park. So 2k+900+1100+1600 for a family of 4 plus tickets for 1 Park per day … 5600 for 4 park days. So if you have 4 full days, it can work. If you dont, vip may make sense.

Some interesting analysis on this from Tom Bricker: BREAKING: Pricey Lightning Lane Premier Pass at Disney World Announced! - Disney Tourist Blog

DLP actually already has a very similar product with similar prices.

I guess the folks eating at Cake Bake Shop are the target audience at these prices

Seriously though, I’m not even mildly budget conscious when we go to WDW (stay club level, do the up charge events and tours, dessert parties, I even did the $50/day extra 3 FPP, etc.), but this is rich even for my blood!

It sounds like this is in addition to LLMP and LLSP, right? Not replacing it?

Correct

There is a disney TA who runs a facebook group dedicated to this and offers to book them for you. It has thousands of members. Smart lady.

This is for one park per day.

There’s NO park hopper option for Premier Pass.

Anyone else baffled by this?

Even if I thought Premier Pass were otherwise a good value (which I don’t), this would be a deal-breaker.

It’s insane there’s no park hopping. It’s also insane that you only get to ride each ride once.

Agreed! That’s what I love about the unlimited Express pass at Universal. Although who knows what that will look like when Epic opens.

It will not include Epic.

This is def geared toward one timers. A lot of my clients. One day per park with a pool day in between and premier each day.

From a TA perspective this is one more way disney isnt splitting profits. Right now, i have a lot of guests purchase 7n at poly club level plus 5 day hoppers. I get commission on all of that.

Now, if its me, im switching from poly club to saratoga or AKL and not getting hoppers and spending the 5k to get premier pass each day for 4 days for 4 ppl. So shift 5k of spending to non commissionable goods and disney keeps another 500 per family that they wouldve paid out to an agent for commission. Smart on their part.

I think that’s in keeping with UOR though isn’t it? At least for some rides?

It’s been a minute since Shane and the kids went over so probaby folks here are more in the know on that

Your guests have more discretional budget than mine

I’ll mention it but I don’t see any of my guests choosing this option. It’s just way out of most of their league
