Poll Time! What's the Optimal Trip Frequency?

The anticipation is part of the fun! If I had it perfectly I would go to each cost once every 1 to 1.5 years so I would never be more than 7 months out from a trip.

But I fill in the gaps with Disney pin trading which became a spendy hobby too.

And, I really love traveling to lots of places. So it all balances out.

Since my first trip as an adult in 2015, I am excited to have a full length, six park day trip coming up. My other seven trips (WDW and DLR) have been 1 park day (1), 2 park days (5), and 3 Park days (1).

So this feels downright luxurious.

As I said before, the low number in the monthly / daily / weekly (11% total) category is an atrocity. But I think in real life (where money is an object) quarterly is the most sensible answer.

Warning, heretical statement ahead… I’m just now wrapping up a 5 day trip a month after another 5 day trip. I can say that I was at a loss for what to do today because I had already done everything. And some things twice. Ok and BatB three times… I think monthly is too much for me. Going back in 2 months, so we’ll see what I think then. After that, might not be going again for quite some time.
