I never come into my own thread anymore :rofl: so I’m only just now seeing this

That was incredible!!! Thanks for sharing!

I’m working on my playlist for the W&D Half and I think I just found one to add. Perfect cadence. And an inspiration too!

I would love to see John Williams’ reaction to this!

Disney really needs to get a Kevin Feige type of person to take charge of this franchise

Can’t make this up.

Can we not make it up because of the actor (I have no idea who that is) or because of the role? :sweat_smile:

Combo of both. :sweat_smile::rofl:

We just finished watching the finale episode of Skeleton Crew. Well, finale of season one. I’m mentioning it here to put it in this SW thread. Lots of unanswered questions, plot holes, but it’s just a show. :woman_shrugging: DH and I enjoyed watching it.

I wonder how any young kids did watching this. I’m surprised I haven’t heard much in that regard these past few weeks.

My kids loved it! I usually struggle to get them to all watch anything together, even Star Wars, but with this show they all willingly joined in each week!

I thought it was great. Just a fun childhood adventure story. Nothing too weighty, but not to say it wasn’t serious.

We have thoroughly enjoyed it - probably more than any of the other Star Wars series so far. Unfortunately, we probably won’t get to the latest episode until Friday night.

Finally caught up with Skeleton Crew.

Overall really loved it, but the ending was proper rushed. What even happened? No resolution to any mysteries.
Might have to rewatch to see if I missed something.

Was fangirling when Stephen Fry was voicing the big droid supervisor :star_struck::star_struck: Sad that he seems to have been killed off though. Hopefully some kind of refurb is possible if there’s a season 2 :crossed_fingers:t4::crossed_fingers:t4:

And I wonder if Obi Wan ever crossed paths with Pocket and if so, that he checked her ID first :crossed_fingers:t4::laughing: (IYKYK).

Is that a Trainspotting reference? (One of the movies of Ewan’s I have not seen.) :see_no_evil:

Yes. Well done :laughing::+1:t4:
It’s probably not your kind of movie.

That is what I have gathered from what I know about it lol.

I enjoyed it until the last episode for these reasons. They could have done so much more with it.

If you have specific questions, I can try to answer. I thought the ending was pretty satisfying! Of course, they left some mysteries open to explore in future media, but I thought they wrapped up the main storylines.

There’s a new trailer for the second season of Andor. It comes out on April 22. He cleans up real good!

There’s a trailer for a new seaon of the Star Wars animated anthology series, Tales. This year it’s Tales of the Underworld. Per Wikipedia, ā€œThe third installment, Tales of the Underworld, is set during the reign of the Empire, with one story following Asajj Ventress on the run with a new ally, and the other following Cad Bane as he confronts an old friend who is on the other side of the law.ā€

The first two seasons were Tales of the Jedi and Tales of the Empire. These are all set during the prequel trilogy era, like Clone Wars and The Bad Batch. Now I have even more things on my rewatch list, trying to get ready for new stuff. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
