You can try it, but I don’t know how it will come out. I’m envisioning future calls from a guest services CM advising that you can’t fit 5 in the room and calling for the upcharge.
If that’s case, then I would just keep the existing reservation. I don’t want to try and cheat the system. But if we’re allowed to make the change, then I’d love the savings.
